Giovani Vela Resigns

Giovani Vela has not shocked anyone with his resignation. Vela left his job peacefully, and the Mexican FA are grateful for that. Vela and the FA came to an agreement that Vela did not perform well enough in his job as manager, and both parties agreed that Vela's resignation was the best course of action.

I'm putting up a poll to decide whether I should go back to International managing, or Club managing...

Vela is new Sunderland Manager

Giovani Vela has been named as the new Sunderland manager after the sacking of previous manager Steve Bruce. Vela is left with a transfer budget of around 1.7 million pounds, and a wage budget with 22 thousand pounds left. Vela takes over at the start of the January transfer window, and when Sunderland are 20th in the Premier League, but not too far away from safety from the Relegation Zone. Vela has signed a 6 month deal (End of the Premier League) for a fee of 10,500 thousand pounds a week.

Note: I have barely any knowledge of Sunderland, so it will be a real challenge as I barely know the squad, although I am happy at the signing of Maynor Figureoa before I had arrived.

Sunderland is fine, I actually was champion with them in the first season, key players were Bent, the CB duo, but I also bought Srna, Milvevskyi, Gignac, and loanded VDV, and sold many many players, but thats because I had a good transfer budget, and when I got to january the board gave me even more. I had 45 million euros.

You will also find Cana em Cattermole VERY important.

You shouldnt find it tooo bad to dave Sunderland, anways a bit of a change from Mexico but good luck!

Sunderland loan Sidwell

Sunderland's new manager Giovani Vela has made his first Transfer Market move by loan Aston Villa's Steve Sidwell for a fee of 160 thousand pounds until the end of the season. The out of favour midfielder looks to make his debut vs Birmingham in the upcoming Premier League match.
