On my Colchester game first season I've managed to get Sturridge on loan! I randomly offered expecting him to reject but his signed! Chelsea are my parent club so does anyone know of this is most likely the reason why he has accepted to join?

After being last seen in this thread hiring Jose Mourinho away from Liverpool, they tired of him not being able to get them above 6th, and a year to the day after they hired him, they fired him. Now they've hired league leading Real Madrid's head coach away from them. Sociedad is currently 9th in the table after spending 151 million pounds in the past two seasons. They clearly have been taken over by some very ambitious owners in my save.

More importantly, Chris Powell is favourite for the Real Madrid job!

What are the ramifications of this? First thing I thought of was "@#$*!!! Now he's gonna ask for another huge raise (he already asked for one earlier in the season) or a transfer to a larger club." I can't see this being a good thing.

But, high ambition is a good thing. Higher the ambition, the faster he gets to maximum PA.
