I think what Gatid is trying to say is to play to the players strength. Make a tactic for each player suitable to his strength... or sometime like that.

I too don't build a team around 1 player. More like, I have a tactic that I use and find the players that's suit that tactic.

can any one tell me how to use downloaded tactics

go to mydocuments\sportsinteractive\footballmanager09 and inside there you should find a tactics folder just drag and drop your downloaded "tac file" into it (if there isnt a tactics folder just make one) and then run your game go to tactics-import and there should be a list of your downloaded tactics just import the ones you want and they will be there in your tactics list custom i think and the same with training regimes just make a "schedules" folder if there isnt one and do the same as above.
