Did wonders to my ebbsfleet team (6th division england). Got 2 promotions in a row. After taking up Charlton in the championship got the series of 7 unbeaten games, but after that lost 4 in a row. So found it better to accept west ham proposal and move to PL. So we'll see how this tactic does wonders with the underdog of PL in mid-season. Currently 15th place
