First Old Firm Goes To Celtic!!
Celtic 3-2 Rangers
With Celtic sitting in 2nd and Rangers in 5th both teams needed to prove a point in the 1st Old Firm game of the season and Henrik Larsson told us his toughts on the match when he said "This game is the one i want to win the most, I remember winning my first Old Firm as a player and it was amazing and now i want to do it as a manager".
From the start Celtic where dominating everything and Rangers wernt having any luck at all with all the chances falling for Celtic. The first goal came on the 29th minute when Celtic broke with Fortune who played a smart ball through to Remy, Remy then had a shot at goal which was well saved, a failed clearance from new Rangers man Geraldo landed straight to the feet of Remy and he finished well 1-0 Celtic! On the 40th minute Rangers leveled things up when some sloppy defending from Celtic allowed Davis to play a ball through to Edu and he finished with still! 1-1!
Half time came and even though Celtic had dominated Rangers were lucky to find themselves level at the break! Two changes were made by the Bhoys when Hooper and Kayal made their way on to the pitch!
The 2nd half was boring with Rangers being the better team but nither team managing to have a shot on goal or anything! The most interesting moment of the game looked to be on the 69th minute when Steven Davis recieved to yellows in the space of a minute and found himself walking of the field for an early bath. After this the 2nd half finally picked up when a shot from McGeady was turned into the back of the Rangers net by another of their new signings Marcin Kowalczyk who had just signed from Dinamo Moscow for a fee of £170k, this was turning out to be a terrible day for the new signings of Rangers! The match was finally put to an end when Celtic scored number 3 and it was that man Remy who had now scored 5 goals in 3 games.. 3-1 Celtic!! On the 90th minute Rangers got their consulation goal when McCulloch scored a header from a corner but it was for sure game over!!
Full time and the first Old Firm game of the season went to the Bhoys and Henrik Larsson will be more than please with his 5 goal thriller win against Rangers, dissapointing day for the Blue side of Glasgow!

Celtic Confirm New Kit Is Being Made!
Today Celtic released a statement that their new kits are being made and they will be made again this year by Nike in the traditional colours of Green and White and the away kit being Plain White. They have also signed a new sponsor deal with another beer companie this time going from Tennents to Budwieser which means that Celtic have now had 3 beer sponsors in a row. The details of the sponsor will be shown later and also pictures of the kits will be up for fans to see.

Celtic UN-Successful In Europe !!
Rubin 3-0 Celtic
This was a match that saw Russian League Champions and Current League Leaders Rubin square off against last years Scottish League Runners Up and Current 2nd Placers Celtic. Celtic knew that they were not expected to win this match and Henrik Larsson said "We are not meant or expected to win this match against a really good squad with main man Obefemi Martians who we need to watch but if my men want to make a point this is the time!"
There were 3 changes for Rangers from that team that beat Rangers 3-2, both Rogne and Loovens were replaced at centre back with O'Dea and Burdisso, Joe Ledley also came into the left midfield over Pat McCourt, other than that the team remains the same.

It dident take long for Celtic to make their first mistake of the game as they left more or less the whole width of the 18 yard box for Obefemi Martians to run into and slot the ball into the bottom right corner! 1-0 Rubin! After that goal most of the chances had been falling for Celtic but on the 19th minute Martians made them pay again with another shot sloted into the bottom right 2-0 Rubin!
Half time came and Celtic and Larsson needed to do all they could to turn this came around so Larsson did try as he made all 3 of his subs at half time! Veratti, Hooper and Loovens came on for McGeady, Fortune and O'Dea who wernt having a good game!
On the 47th minute the game was over and it was thanks to Hat Trick Hero Obefemi Martians and Celtic could not do anything else cause the game was well and truly over! Celtic then went into attack mode after they went 3-0 down which maybe they should have done when they went 2-0 down, Verrati had a chance when he tried to header over the keeper but it came of the bar so Celtics consulation goal wasent to come!
Full Time and Celtic had falling victim to yet again another European defeat this time to Rubin! Henrik Larsson will need to change his ways for the next game! Their next European game is against Chelsea who today also beat Shalke 1-0 with a goal from Franco Di-Santo!

Celtic Release New Kits Finally !!
Celtic have released their new kits today which can be seen in above.. The origanal Green and White hoops is again the home top, Plain White which was last seasons 3rd kit is now their away and the 3rd kit being the Red and Black one showing. Celtic have signed a new sponsor deal with Budweiser which will run for 2 years... But they have been told they have to do atleast 2 of 3 things if they want to hold the contract over the 2 years! These being,
1. Reaching the quarter final of the Europa League or Champions league!
2. Win the league this season!
3. Win one of the Domestic Cups!

Fans and people inside of Celtic said these may be too hard for Larsson to be able to do seeing that it is his first ever time in management! So far he is failing in Europe with 2 deafeats from 2... But he remains 2nd in the league behind Aberdeen and 8 points clear of Rangers! Also a quarter final already in a Domestic Cup were Celtic play Inverness CT which is a positive for them!
