What software are you using? Are you sure the Magic Wand tool is not hidden behind another tool like the "quick selection" tool? Left click on the quick selection tool for a while and see if another option appears.

put D A F C instead of C C F C pls.
Colours: swap the Yellow for Manchester City blue and the green for white
Other feature: orgoglio per il presidente written at the bottom in a fancy font
