How Did You Find FM-Base?

It's not the easiest thing to find but there is a Community page on FM 2009....

I found FM-BASE by accident, I was searching for help on a subject on FM and found the website.
 
I honestly have to wonder why nobody found the forums every other year...just seems like when fm09 came out everyone thought hmm ill try find facepacks etc
 
I was searching for facepacks and club logos and found this awesome site...after downloading 3 files for a day for sometime...then decided that should join it fully...n have enjoyed my stay till now...(H)

I think it's because I kind of made an effort to get FM-Base noticed by the search engines. I adopted the keywords quite quickly. I started the week before the first look trailers came out. It looks to have paid dividends as the popularity of FM-Base has sky-rocketed :D

Before FM 2009 came out FM-Base used to get about 300-500 visits a day. Since then it gets on average 8000-11000!
 
I found it on the game. Was looking for a friendly community. I found it <)
 
it's refered to in the game? or somewhere at the credits or anything
 
i found it ramdomly on google on october 31st last year as i liked reading fm stories so i typed fm stories into google and read the stories on fm base as that was the first website that came up. I didnt sign up for another 2 months though as i only signed up because i bought a laptop to play football manager and wanted a few hints and help, so i put Football manager 2010 forums into google clicked on Base signed up and been here ever since!

Looking for skins for FM09. Signed up, and watch the best site for FM get better and better.:)
 
Googled for football manager forums, found this, registered.
 
Looking for skins for FM09 and got sick of having only 3 downloads so signed up and and not looked back since
 
I don't really remember tbh.. I think I wanted help with tactics and I found a thread on here and signed up :)
