Manchester Unitedwho's your local team?
Money?
And the samples are far too small to assume 3 are United fans. I'm fairly sure there's a few Liverpool/Chelsea fans on the board that are out of the country, IIRC.
Who cares about local team as I dont have one. So which ever team I support is my team. Those who dont agree can die peacefully
This argument has been done so many times still no conclusion. No Foreign fans = No Money = No superstars in your team = can't become bigger team and also there are many premier clubs saved by foreign money..
In conclusion what really matters is Whether you support your team or not. Every individual has right to choose his team, just because someone was born in Manchester doesn't mean he should support Manchester only..
completely different era, matches were not televised live around the world and players weren't celebrities.just an example...Liverpool 1980s, not really any foreign fans, not tons of money, no real superstars

yeah but liverpool still have hundreds of millions of fans worldwide...exactly my point on how people are influenced to support a bigger team

Good god. How many games were televised back then? What were the wages back then?
Well its all opinions. Couldn't care less though..
