I sport....sometimes. 5 a side 3 times a week (4 this week
) and sometimes shift my **** off the bed to go to the gym. I also play FIFA a lot if that counts.
I don't smoke, but my mum does and I spent 16 years of my life living with her...some might say I passive smoked. Lungs like blancmange tbh.
I don't/never have/never will do illegal drugs. No point, my life's not pathetically boring enough to need them.
I drink, socially. No particular routine, could go three weeks without then have 2 nights out in a week. it's not a need or a must, I drink when I am out with people I maybe haven't seen in some time. (Out on Fri, Sat, next fri and next Sat though (A))
Fastfood is my nemesis. I have eaten enough to feed Africa in my life time, cut down a fair bit now - though the odd Dominos is often a necessity.
I also don't change my boxer shorts everyday.
So overall, pretty unhealthy, but trying to do something about it.
