Do you do sport? i train 6 days a week for 2 hours a time usualy, weights and cardio for an hour a piece along with lots of sparring and bag work.
3 years ago i ate pretty much anything and spent between 6 and 12 hours per day infront of my pc, got up one day and thought my life is a total mess, changed my job, my diet and my lifestyle, just turned 30 and im in better shape now than when i was 18.
