Unfortunately James Beadle’s poor form has continued. He has made 2 appearances in the last 10 games for Avignon and hasn’t impressed at all and i currently unsettled. It’s a shame really, someone with that much talent should be able to perform at that level, maybe AvIgnon can’t find a way to accomadate him? His poor form means he averages a match rating of 6.38 for this season so far. He needs to start changing his luck soon if he’s to feature in the first team.

It was the complete opposite for Dan Newton in this update. He has continued his good form. Not scoring any goals but putting in some fantastic performances for his team. Since our last update he has featured in 6 more games and a total of 15 games out of 20 so far this season, not bad considering he was injured. He has helped Milan score goals by assisting a number of his team mates and he has average a rating of 7.09 so far this season. Newton’s impressive performances have helped AC Milan to second in the table one point behind leaders Florentina. Newton broke a number of records in the last two months on the international level. Newton scored 4 goals in the African Cup of Nations qualifier against Lesotho , breaking the record for most goals scored in a African Cup of Nations game and also scored the most goals in a single match for South Africa.

Poor McKergen has had a terrible time with FC Metz this season. He hasn’t scored so far this season and the overall team’s performance has been woeful , they are now rock bottom of the Ligue 1 table and 12 points from safety. Destined for relegation. McKergen is reportedly unsettled at the French club and wants to leave and if he is to do so then he will need to pick up his performances in order to catch the attention of bigger clubs. He has featured in 4 games since our last update averaging a match performance of 6.32

Stephen Holland has hit the media headlines over the past few weeks. He has had a good season but that’s not the reason for the headlines. Stephen Holland has been the first player of our South African bunch to move in the winter Transfer window. Los Angeles Galaxy have forked out £2.2million to sign the young South African after reports that he was desperate to leave Ajax CT. Before he joined the MLS Champions he featured in 3 extra games for the South African side before hopping on the plane to the US. He scored 2 goals and picked up 2 assist in the 3 matches and it’s no wonder the MLS side came calling.

With the opening of the Transfer Window and Cameron’s need for a big move he wanted to impress and that’s what he did. He picked up his form over the last month or so and in 7 appearances he has scored 4 goals. He is still quite unhappy at the club and although he averaged a rating of 7.01 for this season , no team was willing to make an offer for the youngster and he will just have to settle his concerns until the summer and concentrate on steering the Swallows away from relegation.

Robert Mugabe has kept up his form over the last 2 months. 7 matches since our last update scoring another goal and bagging another 4 assists. Mugabe has proved that he is instrumental to Coventry and has helped them into the Play-off spots in the League 1 table 8 points off automatic promotion. Coventry managed to keep hold off him during the winter Transfer window but Mugabe has turned down Coventry’s latest contract offer and has alerted other clubs. If he keeps up this form , he will surely make a big move in the summer.

Botswana International Jack Scullion has been arguably the most consistent player for the group. He has continued is flourishing form throughout this season so far, but due to recent injuries to midfielders in the Police XI side , he has had to slot into the centre of the pitch which has resulted in a lack of goals over the last few matches. With 7 games played since our last update Scullion has scored two goals and picking up a remarkable 5 assists. His performances have been vital for Police XI and they currently sit comfortably top of the table 7 points clear. Scullion has been attracting the attention of Libyan side Ah-Ahli Benghazi , but with no formal bid made, Scullion is destined to stay in Botswana.
