Hi mates.
there are 2 tactics of v3
'Control' for home matches,
'Standard' for away matches.

Home match, but if odd is not favourite to you, use 'Standard'
Away match, but if odd is favourite so much to you, use 'Control'

you can see odd here.
go to 'Schedule' or press 'F10'

Strikers's roll has been changed.
DLF-sup to CF-sup
they will do more things for your team.
and he need some technique and physical.
training : complete forward

CM's roll has been changed.
LCM : CM-Def.
defensive mid-fielders are very good at this position.
Or ball-winning midfielders are also good.
training : ball winning midfielder

RCM : Advanced playmaker - support
vision, passing over 15, he's very good at this position.
of course, if his physical, mental were good, It's the best.

no matter what their main foot is.
strength, balance, teamwork, decision, composure, first touch, offtheball, anticipation, technique, acceleration, finishing are important.
agility, dribbling, vision, passing heading, determination, concentration are also helpful.

training : complete forward


LWM, RWM
no matter what main foot is.
they will switch each other.
So, if Lt. foot player is on Lt. side, he will move like winger, so will cross more.
and if he's on Rt. side, he will move like inside forward, so will score goals or killer pass more.
Same for Rt. foot player.
acceleration, pace, work rate, dribbling, technique, off the ball, cross are important.
flair, first touch, work rate, stamina, passing, vision, finishing are also helpful.

LCM
He will move like box-to-box midfielder.
but i recommend that don't change his roll.
stamina, work rate, acceleration, determination, decision, off the ball, positioning, tackling are important.
strength, balance, passing, finishing, concentration, anticipation, composure, first touch are also helpful.

RCM
He will play like deep lying play maker.
but i recommend that don't change his roll.
composure, decision, vision, passing, technique, first touch, teamwork, concentration are important.

Fast, good work rate. it's most important.
acceleration, stamina, work rate, team work, decision, positioning, tackling, dribbling are important.

CB
CBs are the most important men among whole squad.
If their mentality is fragile, in big game or away game against superdog teams, you will conceded many goals.
It's a law for all tactics.
so, you must spend your money for CBs mainly.

jumping, heading, marking, tackling, positioning are important.
acceleration, strength, aggresion, anticipation, bravery, composure, concentration, decision, determination are also helpful.
and for Right CB, first touch, vision, passing, technique are helpful.

Cornerkicks - wingers must kick the corners.
Cornerkick setting comes from EUSEBIO V3.

Callum Wilson got 13goals, 8 assi in 20 games and Chelsea FC take him out at winter market....
Benik Afobe got 22 goals, 8 assi in 33 games.
Lewis Grabban got 10 goals, 3 assi in 4(17) games.
Odion Ighalo who came to my squad at winter replace Callum wilson , got 7 goals, 6 assi in 18 games.

Jordon Ibe got 20 goals, 19 assi in 31(6) games. (He is a Winger)
Max Gradel got 15 goals, 8 assi in 26(7) games. (He is a winger too)

Good job pal - Very promising results!!! - Would be cool if you tried it with a good team in the premier league as well - to cross reference two different performances - getting that many points for bournemouth is pretty unique - did you sign anything?

I will say one thing though - thinking quickness is it and a bit is wrong - their are attributes that are more important like anticipation - offball - decisions - in some cases Technique and flair - Strenght is a great winner as well and ofcourse balance heading and jumping reach can have a really significant influence on your strikers.

I get you feel wrong about a player that isn't quick - take a look at Luis Henrique - he's not very quick but he's a goal machine - he never develop into Usain Bolt but still score like a star - I have reports from people telling me he scored above 70 goals for them - so my point is its just wrong to say he needs to be quick :)

When all that is said - I'm very interested in following your thread and I hope you will try it out with a big team - if you get more positive feedback on this one I might add it to the Twitch stream - Weartibus

I'll look carefully my strikers' attributes that you mentioned.

and I'll try this tactic with Man Utd (up-to-date roster, Zlatan and Pogba joined lol)

at winter, chelsea take Callum Wilson out.... so I buy Odion Igalo to replace Wilson.

Except just Igalo transfered in, no one transfered in.

that's because of many matches and insufficient condition control I think.

I know it's just friendly matches and in my 3rd season but it's a good tactic. LM and RM changed automatically and they either scored or assist. I am having success with 4-4-1-1 in two seasons and i got bored. Will try to use this tactic this season. :)

yeah. RM LM scores goals so striker's can not get more stats. but for enjoying to watch the matches I prefer that many players got stats rather than that one player got allmost goals. ;)

previous, close down more to Stc STL STR
but I remove it, because that results to get free to opposition player when AI's striker got the ball. so many goals conceded in one match by the ai 2top or amc
