Thanks for reading. over the first 3 years gave us Grace, Gunn, Hurst and Collier. They have started or in and around the starting team. Last year had no one, so hopefully better group this season.

We were deadline in front of goal, went for an attacking 4,4,2 diamond formation and try and catch the league leaders off guard. Face them in a couple of weeks in FA Cup semi final, lets hope it works 2nd time around.

Used the same formation as in City win to see if it was a fluke, worked out well.
Had Grace, Wickham and Djordevic all on the field at once for the first time with Correa still out.
All found the score sheet and assisted an other.

Made a mistake of going more defensive once 3 - 1 up and almost threw it away.
May give this formation a rest, pretty loose at that back with it.
They had Claxton sent off after the 85 minute, which did help us overload them in extra time.

Still leaking like a sieve, Henly has taken a step back,
hasn't been training well all his attributes on the decline and he is only 22.
May use Mujika but he has not impressed for U21 or in the odd game he has played.

A lot of movement out, Lots of players not liking the amount of starts they had last year resulting in having to ship them out before they left on a free. Made a profit on all other than Wickham whom has never stayed healthy.
Henly was the only full time starter that left as I had a replacement ready for him.
Landu leaves with little fanfare, after a great first couple of season's he fell off.

Play different formations each week depending on who is fit and opposition.
Generally 4,3,3 or 4,2,3,1 or 4,4,2 (diamond)
