This round will be a young bargains round. Mostly 16/17 year old's with low CA's but as always, a high PA. I'm setting at total bid limit of 30 million per member for the round.

So you can bid 30 million all on one player, 10 million on 3 players, 1 million on 30 players, 2 million on 15 players etc etc etc.

There are no restrictions on the number of players you can bid for and of course no minimum bid will be set, so please feel free to spread your seed far and wide..

The catch will be that if any winning bid is tied, then the tied bids will be written off and the next highest unique bid wins, so if you really want a player you cant just spend 30 million on him...

You can only bid in increments of 0.1 million, so dont bid 29.9999 million for example.

The idea is that everyone (but hopefully/especially some of the noobs who have overspent) can pick up a player or two to fill their squad without killing their budget.

They should be punished and forced to play with 10 players if they spend all there money on 10 players

What Brian said. It's a get out of jail card for those who spent crazy amounts on players. I have plenty of money left and I'm now going to be the one who suffers.
