Couldn't work it out as he had a regen race, only made sense when I read on haha

Haha he's been loaned out earlier in his career and had scored against me a few times too when I was at Liverpool!

Two huge home games coming up. 3 points is enough for survival. If we fail to get them in these games, it's an away trip to Burnley on the last day of the season to seal our fate.​

"Premier League football next year boys!!"

I was delighted, so were the lads. Since I have come in they've all been a bunch of amazing players for me, with 100% desire. They've changed their whole style of play and adapted well, I can't believe how much love I am getting for this club.

Our focus now is on the impossible task of beating Barcelona. If we somehow managed it that's enough of an achievement, but it would also mean that we would make it into the Champions League. Sunderland!​
 
Would you get champions league as runnner up if barca qualify through the league?? Or is that wishful thinking.
Its still a great achievement to stay up and make europa league final, good luck and atleast you can get keep players some reat before the final now.

We're starting to find some really good form just before the final, which is really good news. Sturridge was outstanding today, scoring 2 and setting up 2. He's scored 17 this season and always performs for me. I'm not too sure whether he will be here next season so it would be great if we could finish off our career's together with a trophy.

Burnley away next, after that it's the big one.​

I don't think Runners-Up gets Champions League football but not sure.

Wilson bags a hat-trick on the last game of the season to take his goal tally to 30 for the season, that's some feet for a player of his quality. I'm hoping this run of form can continue into the Europa League Final. We've scored 15 in 3 games, which is brilliant for us.

League football is done for the year, and we can only hope next season is a better season. I think with my guidance and a few new faces next year then we will be challenging for a top half finish.

Let's get ready for the final.​
