I'm removing the player restrictions because there are too many players in debt and those who aren't might pass the max limit by trying to get others out of debt

In my opinion people should get punished for not keeping up with their economy and amount of players. After all, the rules and restrictions are there for a reason.

This is getting ridiculous. Players spending money they done have? Might aswell scrap the limit.

Might go completely bonkers the next round if people are gonna play like that.
