JP Woody's FM 2010 tactics thread.

Been trying this with my Everton team, my results on the whole have been pretty impressive.
I made only one addition to the club at the begining of the season by sighning Rafael van der vaart, he hasn't played too badly but form in genral for some plays has been up and down. I can't honestly say I have a really big goal scorer up front either. But that said it's getting the results I need for a first season with Everton.
My current league position is 5th with 11 played 7 won, 3 drawn and 1 lost. 21 goals scored 12 conceded
Overall I'd say my best player has been Dinijar Bilyaletdinov.

Everton 2-2 Arsenal
Everton 1-1 Kalamr FF (Euro Cup)
Everton 2-1 Aston Villa
Everton 0-2 Man City
Everton 2-0 Brondby (Euro Cup group stage)
Everton 2-1 Fulham
Everton 2-1 Bristol City (League Cup)
Everton 1-1 Stoke
Everton 5-2 Valencia (Euro Cup group stage) what a phenominal game that was too!!
Everton 3-0 Hull
Everton 5-2 Wolves
Everton 3-0 AEK (Euro Cup group stage)
Everton 2-1 Liverpool
Everton 0-0 Tottenham 1-3 on penalties for Toottenham (League cup)
Everton 2-1 Bolton
Everton 4-2 AEK (Euro Cup group stage)
Everton 2-1 Burnley

So thats how it looks so far and I'm pretty pleased had some nice suprises in there too...like the Valencia game. In the Euro Cup Group I am first and look set to go through.

Currently using this in my first sees as liverpool.. started by using the V1 but thought id spice it up and use the V2 for a bit haha, getting some good results!
 
Guys I can't believe it yet. This is my result from my last game. I beat real madrid with 4-1.I'm using the v2 with box-to-box midfielders.

Are you using box-to-box mids in all the games or mixing it around a bit also (advanced PM 2x and/or Adv PM + Box-to-Box f.e.)?
 
I will say this for anyone wondering JP Woody V2.1 (with Adv Mids) works better on patch 10.2 than ever before ;).
 
Will this tactic work with preston here is my starting 11

GK: Sebastian viera
DEFENDERS BACK 4: C davidson, Y Mawéné, Sol campbell, M Hart
DM: V Schumulkosoki(Sp?)
MIDS: Ze maria + A Kabous
Just behind 2 strikers : Barazite
Strikers: Serhat Atkin + Jon parkin

think it will work with my team?

JP, I have been using your high scoring tactics with Boro and they are excellent. Plenty of goals and second in the league. Cheers. ^^)
 
I will give it a go with my newcastle save, and will post results soon. Looks good, JP.
 
Wow this is Goals o'clock on my newcastle game, started a new season and I got half way through the season using Goals Galore, that wasnt doing it for me, i was in 6th, now using this have won my last 5 games, 2-0, 4-0, 2-1,1-0,2-0.

love it, great work.
 
with the V2.1 my stricker are dzeko and milevsky but who could be my right striker? thanks...

What a sad ******!. Ive just downloaded them.They are simply my V1 tactics.Even called JP Woody V1 when you load them in.

Either,they are both quite similar.
 
JP, which is better, 2 box-to-box midfilders or 2 advanced playmakers?
 
Btw JP, might be to your interest but Kris told me last night your tactic had something like 670,000 hits on Google.

On topic: Would the advanced playmakers work if I changed one of them to a ball winner?

670,000 hits? Wow! if id charged a quid a time i could tell my boss to stick my job where the sun dont shine lol.

Regarding the ball winner I dont really know Max,id say yes for V1 but no for V2 as you have a DM.
