JP Woody's FM 2010 tactics thread.

when the 10.3 patch is out. I would think that is at the end of January. (January Transfers)

i dont think this is working on 10.1. my players moral is good and almost every game im getting a player making a mistake leading to a goal or giving a pen away and generally missing lots of chances.

i think maybe the patch cant handle the tactic and just doest like it and makes my players do mad things.

update: its just pathetic and getting beyond a joke. ive never seen players make so many mistakes even with bad moral and ours is good. its a different member of my back 4 making a mistake in every game. heads drop and i end up gettin mullerd!!!!

Struggling now, not scoring goals at all and making stupid mistakes. But maybe this tactic can't make the Boro turn into Barcelona. I've got 4 new signings in the first eleven so maybe thats it.

I also have problems not using OI, usually follow Coopers feedback. What do you think Woody ?

Your results arent great but not terrible either considering you have 4 new players in the team,they can destroy a team and can take a while for them to gel and for everyone to get used to each other again.

Reguarding OI,its up to you if you want to use it or not,all im saying is i never do.

Try and buy defenders with high concentration stats,maybe its the patch though,i used 10.2

I Just downloaded the link in your sig and put it in with my Leicester game which I have just started. I have 1 of each (Adv Playmaker/Box to Box) in CM...My 2nd friendly is something I would consider a success.

A 2-2 draw vs Bayern with a Championship side expected to finish 16th...I like it.

How many games has he played? how many goals has he scored?

but i need a good AMC with arsenal cesc fabregas dosent perfom in AMC
got any ideas you know as you know that stats of the type of AMC i need

Edin Dzeko is having a real bad time and when he can't score neither can my team and he keeps getting caught offside

JP these are great tactics but i keep conceeding from corners :S im using the V3 Mourinho i have tweaked it a bit but not for defending corners cause i dont know what is good or bad any ideas?

so i moved him to advanced forward (attack)
wanted to know how do u lot play dzeko where he scores load of goals?

Sorry J.P Woody but I don't think any of your tactics have been good this season, last years football manager was your shining, but it seems like Rafa your living on borrowed time. People shouldn't release tactics if they haven't perfected them, its false advertisment, high scoring its not and inconsisent its. I use it with the same Middlesborugh team you have used and never changed and used it for the whole season, but I went from beating Newcastle to losing to Palace 4-2 and Ipswich 4-1. Atleast with my ,own, tactics I expect to experiment and have to change things, but you J.P need to go back to the drawing board and think carefully before you release tactics you've rashly rushed and released after one lucky season.

Ive tested the striker in every role and poacher works best for all strikers,2nd best was deep lying forward with attack mentalitys.

To be honest i ditched the V3 because they were flawed.I got to the point were i couldnt buy a win with them.Ill work on them and re release.In the meantime try my V1.1,they are much better.As for defending corners,i usually leave it deafault to be honest.

Thanks for the vote of confidence,its people like you who make it all worth while.Firstly they are high scoring,ive proved it and lots of others have too on here and where the tactic is uploaded.

Secondly the tactic has been tested much more than one season,see screenshots

Lastly.Youre obviously **** at the game.Get yourself Champo Manager,might be a bit easier for you.
