Because of injuries, i had to play a 15 year old kid in a Ligue 1 match for the last 15 mins.

He scored to make it 3-1 to me lol awesome !

Well putting on youngsters usually turns out great!
like every debut I make for some promising future world class player, he scores or does something great
 
Im still quite blown away by the youth set up at this place. I bought 2 youngsters and there was a 3rd already pre agreed b4 i joined but there were 6 other 4-5 star kids in the under 19's. I dont think in all the years of playing the FM series, that i have been so excited about the youth intake in the spring. I think its March for France if im not mistaken.

Also, going back to results. Messed up preseason and like a noob i didnt get the tactic fluid by start of season proper and have played first 6 games so far with the tactic only 30-40% fluid so far and have still won all 6 matches so far with relative ease.

I'm not sure theres any point in trying to improve this tactic at all as i dont think theres much you can improve. But if i was being picky, it probably could score a few more goals sometimes but bearing in mind how solid its generally been defence wise, i dont really feel its an issue much. But i must say, i think after the tweaks i made to the original, i dont think i have played a better tactic at all.

Only thing i think that really needs to be done, is to see how it fairs for a really bad team which im sure i'll get round 2 but atm i'm enjoying this save 2 much to want to start over.
 
I am using your tactic in this season Allan and I have to say it really is good. yes it scores just little less and my main striker strikes less then with playhardorgohome's but for now it looks like it is better. I will post my results on end of season. (playing with milan without buying players)

and please if you have done any tweeks from that old tactic on I dont know what page please share. it is veryyy good

Fantastic tactic very stable. I would definitly recomend it to everyone and for Will's testing.

Lets say Poli plays my regista and he can't even become dmc he is mc all the time (ofcourse I train him for position but for 3 seasons he can't become) my left winger are both inside forwards and so on.

only thing I lost was in final of Italian cup from Lazio. I was so irritated by it more so because I played with first squad 3 days to LP final.
 
yes you have it here but I dont know what page exactly. it is a bit diferent then yours. not mutch. but it seems more stable. you score a little less but it is very good defensivly.
 
Page 20, post 198 theres a DL link altho not sure if that still has both fullbacks with "Cuts inside" on or not. If it has just remove it.

Also wtf man they really need to sort the **** out with injuries. 3 players injured in same game, 2 of them for 2-3 months. Both important players as well. FFS!!!!!
 
AllanT, do you play your tweaked tactic home and away? Or do you use tweaks away against strong opponents?
 
Not really sure how much of a difference it makes, i just generally prefer my fullbacks to be same footed as the side they are ton to cross the ball rather than cut inside to play it into the middle.
 
27 games unbeaten this season so far as Lyon. Or to make it sound more impressive, including international matches for Holland and games for my previous club Fulham, i have lost 1 game in 115 matches over 2.5 years which was a 1-0 defeat against Real Madrid in the European Super Cup 18 months ago.

I've brought in 1st team goalie and a 20 year old for the future. A striker whos current league top scorer and a 31 year old Regista. Ive also brought in 3 under 20 defenders (one was arranged b4 i joined on a free xfer), one i have used quite a lot and a 3rd i am going to convert to a DM. Mostly kids really

you shuld definitly make or new thread or ask for your tactic to be put on first page. it is really really good. and not only that but it is 4-2-3-1 !!!! :) which is not easy to make to work good.

do you still use OI''s like from first page? I was just playing some chalenges on fm clasic without OI's and it still works great.
 
Its just a tweak of someone elses so its not really "my" tactic tbh so it would be unfair if i made my own post for it. But OI wise, my *** man does it for me

Allan, which post is tweak that you've made. I wanted to give it a try... !!! and what was the tweak that you've made btw?
 
so you dont use OI's from first post?? I do use them. I will try with assistatn.

can't say it is really working good in fm classic. probably not without OI's. I am playing some chalenge with real madrid results are not as near impresive like in fm
