ok thx. for me it too goes good. I will put results at end of the season.

one more questions. do you have some PPM's to suggest?

Centreback:
Dives into tackles:
will look to go to ground more in the tackle, good for aggressive sides, however poor decision making can leave you exposed, or result in a booking or sending off. (Stopper defender)
Does not dive in to tackles: will look to stay on his feet when winning the ball, may not always make a strong challenge when its needed. (Cover Defender)
Marks opponent tightly: Will look to stick tightly to his designated man, particularly if playing a man marking game.

Attacking fullback:
Hugs line: The player will stick to the byline will look to burst down the line before looking for the cross
Runs with ball down left: The player will favour dribbling and attacking players down the left hand side
Runs with ball down right:The player will favour dribbling and attacking players down the right hand side

Ball winning player/Anchorman:
Marks opponent tightly: Will look to stick tightly to his designated man, particularly if playing a man marking game.
Plays short simple passes: Will make short passes to nearby team mates, but generally less keen on long raking passes. Generates a high pass completion rate

Deep lying playmaker:
Tries long range passes: The player will look to play long raking passes across the pitch.
Switches ball to other flank: Like to change the direction of attack with long lateral passes

Tries killer balls often:
Probably the second most important PPM for any playmaker, requires good decision making, passing, flair and creativity, the player will look to make defence splitting passes.
Dictates Tempo: The Playmaker's PPM. This player will look to be you Maestro and control the game. A must for
any Xavi/Scholes wannabes
Comes deep to get ball: will drop off to create that little bit of space for himself and link with deeper players, particularly good for passing defensive midfielders and central midfielders, as it gives extra space to find the pass, and strikers as they drop away from their marker forcing him to hold position and possibly allow a shooting opportunity, or follow him and be dragged out of positions.

Advanced playmaker:
Tries killer balls often: Probably the second most important PPM for any playmaker, requires good decision making, passing, flair and creativity, the player will look to make defence splitting passes.
Dictates Tempo: The Playmaker's PPM. This player will look to be you Maestro and control the game. A must for
any Xavi/Scholes wannabes
Plays One-Twos: Will look to incite pass and move plays
Runs with ball through centre: will look to run at the heart of the opposition defence. Great for quick skilful strikers and attacking midfielders and central midfielders, giving them the ability to beat often beat two or three players before shooting.

Goal scoring Mid:
Gets forward whenever possible: Will look to get forward and break into attacking space
Shoots with power:
Goes for power over precision. Once hit, the ball stays hit and if it’s on target will more often than not beat the keeper
Shoots from distance: will shoot from all areas of the pitch

Flying Winger:
Hugs line: The player will stick to the byline will look to burst down the line before looking for the cross
Runs with ball often:
looks to dribble at any opportunity.
Runs with ball down left: The player will favour dribbling and attacking players down the left hand side
Runs with ball down right:The player will favour dribbling and attacking players down the right hand side

Inside Forward:
Cuts inside: Important for Inside Forwards and good for wingers with strong opposite feet (i.e. strong right foot for left sided players and vice versa), will look to drive in at goal from their flank.
Moves into channels: will look to move into lateral space as much as possible, either between the centre backs, or between fullbacks and centre backs.
Likes to round keeper: Another good PPM for strikers, requires less technique and flair than Lob Keeper
Likes to try to beat offside trap: Plays right on the edge of defence. very good for quick poachers and number 9s, with good off the ball and anticipation, not useful if you don’t play many through balls

I'd say those are the most relevant from Mike's guide for you. The Reg will be the DLP, the attcking mid will fall into a combo of the AM/AP depending if you want him scoring or assisting

wow thx. I am playing with Ac Milan and won't be buying any players. Only training my young ones. So this will be very importatnt

can you share

Post above:)

Just to note I use shouts alot. If I am 0-0 and its a dull game I use 'Get creative', Losing I use 'Demand more' or 'Encourage' When I take the lead I use 'Concentrate'

To hold a lead I tick 'stick to position' and 'Be more Disciplined' and spam 'Concentrate'

If a team that use's Long balls or direct passing I untick 'Use offside trap' and tick 'drop deeper'

A few of these tips were given to me by AllanT, so when you batter the shizz nit outa everyone then thanks goes to him also:)

Should also mention that this method/tactic is also working on my FC Porto save and Ajax/Holland save.

Also another thing, I use the ppm's that I posted earlier for the various postions. These help ALOT! :)

Decided to go into league management again as i could not resist the chance to manage Everton

FFS Kenwright you tart, bastards turned me down wtf.

World class rep and i didnt even get an interview. I think they still hold a grudge from 2 seasons ago when i turned down the offer of the job on the eve of the fa cup final and a week before my first champions league final win (after asking them to wait since march). Still find it odd they couldnt wait another 2 weeks lol.

Guess i'll try Lyon then, if not guess ill just stick with Holland for another year.

Altho i must say, the seasons go by pretty quickly when your only doing international management lol. Went thru a whole season today in what was my first time to play in a couple of days.

so here is litle input from me. I used playhardorgohome's tweeked tactic. playing with Ac Milan (only with players I have and jung ones-without transfers)

it was getting great but at the end of the season results just stoped coming. I tried many things (teamtalks and all and it just didn't help)

all at all it is a pretty good tactic where your attacker scores many many goals. I dont have all the right players and have many red cards and injuries

here is few photos.

I will try next Allan's tweeked version. in second season. I won't be buying any players. Only selling some

Injurys and red cards are just the latest patch. Looks as though it didn't go to bad considering you made no transfers. Feel the winger and inside forward are important in this tactic. Shame you lose Destro sencond season. gonna miss his goals. Good luck with AllanT's version:)

Injurys and cards are just part of the latest patch im affraid....:(

Did great without any transfers. Think it is very important to have right players and train the position and helpful PPM's.
Your miss Destro's goals next season when he returns to Roma:(

WOW! 15 red cards..... does AC Milan have players with high agresstion? Bet that didn't help towards your season? :(

Good luck with AllanT's version. Sorry mine didn't quite do it.
