Do what you want, i aint going to decide what you want to do in fm

Just informing you as said, the AP aint gonna play like an attacking mid, more like some kind of dlp

So he wont do AP stuff in game and therefore dont get Good ratings since he wont perform what the role judge him for doing

However what he does is vital for the team
Change him to trequartista or something and u wont Control the game and you Will concede

But by all means try to switch things up to get the AP performing

Im like you an amc fan and i will try my best to improve 3 cam tactic
having three performing amcs

Noticed in a few of my pre season friendlies, my AP seems to play ok. It might be down to the PPM's your player has or certain attributes. Altho most of these games are only pre season friendlies so not really a good way to judge

Yes

Januzaj was amazing for me. Got an 8.0 rating in a 0-0 draw I played
i think passing, first touch, movement, team work needs to be very high on the player
and possible PPM s too

I'd probably add in "Tries killer balls often" and maybe "Dictates tempo" as ppms
 
These tactics are working really well so far with my Real Madrid team.

In slot 1 I have the 4-2-3-1 wide
In slot 2 I have the 4-2-3-1 narrow
and switch my pre-set team instructions fro PRESS to DROP depending on how opp is playing
and in slot 3 I have the 4-2-3-1 counter.
 
Season so far with FC Porto. Using 4231 Press and 4231 Counter tactic, I have tweaked the Press tactic slightly. Ticked 'Exploit flanks' & 'Look for overlap', chnaged IF left to a winger (Attack) and the AP to a AM (Support) Really love my wingers/fullbacks wipping in crosses so trying to adapt for that style of play:)
Valencia is playing really well 8 goals and 7 assists 7.81 in 15 games:)

Nice one :) The tactic can be improved a lot more.

Im thinking maybe wingers (S)
and attacking mid on attack

Also BWM and DLP partnership. Worked well for me

But what annoys me is the AP not scoring! and not assisting that much.. :(
 
A goal, an assist, 70/58 passes including 6 key AND an 8.7 rating (no MoM tho) in the first game using those changes. However, its only one game. Will stick with it and see if the performances continue.

Altho i must note, the RGA and the AP did seem to have a lot of link up play and both DM's were closing players down a lot more than before so it looks promising :)
 
I cant loss with this tactic, but too many draw( in last 8 games with this tactic, 2 win and 6 draw and i playa in a draw both with strong teams, and with outsiders. Maybe it is becase in last season i playa in Serie B, and now i playa after prmotion and this result not bad for the first season in Seie A - i dont know... but this tactic very good.
