Dont forget team talks = VERY important

20 minute, no goal = get creative
Player lower side, not getting CCC, assertive, "demand more"
encourage after concede, concentrate after scoring

you have to use a lot of teamtalks and maybe some mentality change, maybe offensive
defend lead with counter

no tactic is pure plug and play!

Well done allan. "run wide with ball" is used cause its been so OP in fm15, its been a nice instruction but now maybe they fixed it with 15.3

Well, as i said in the PM, i dont tend to rush thru games. but 3 played so far, 3 clean sheets and the AP position seems more influential for me so far

Great allan! Meanwhile I made the best 4-2-3-1 so far I think! I will talk to christian and I hope he can refine it with his skills
But already its INSANE

Its a 4-2-3-1 Deep, but the Inside forward is put on CAM, with Shadowstriker role. This creates immense creativity on the pitch.

Played 11 games, just one bad performance that ended in a draw.

It creates more chances than any tactic I ever created.

One game I had 9 CCCs and 11 half chances.

And the best of it, it absolutley ELIMINATES possession in your defensive third. Usually under 10 %, shared 5 % for each team.

That I didnt see this before.
The problem with 3 AMC is there is no width, even with complete wingbacks.
Now I use one winger and its just, ripping the opponent apart like hellraiser

I also used your tweak on the central AP(S)
and now every player in the front 4 get good ratins and score!

How many goals for and against?
 
Must give this a look.

I'm currently using a 4-3-3, with no DM's and two IF's. I use a box to box with two ACMs centrally, utilising wing backs. Just won CL, title and a cup with United.

Been thinking of a change as I have Lucas Romero and Ruben Neves in my team. Both are incredible for me but I can only play one in the BTB roll. So looking at ways to implement the two.

I guess the problem now will be I'll have to pick one of Tielmanns or Kovacic, when both have been operating incredibly together.

Weary of loosing my two IF's, as Mata last season scored 43 goals from IFR and Depay is a consistent 25+ from IFL
 
this tactic is available to download? And do you mean you use wingers in the CWB role instead of defenders?
 
Noticed 2 things after the PI changes i made.

1. My defence is brilliant and im finding teams rarely get a shot at goal
2. Im not scoring as many goals as i would like

Is that a fair trade off? Its ok i guess but nothing wrong with trying to improve it more

Doesnt guarantee anything so i'll play a few more matches and see how things turn out.

Hope you will post it soon - and I can test it with lower league team
started unemployed and was hired in Vanarama south
by the severe underdog
so it will be extreme test))
 
My changes have been the following -

1.Ticked 'Exploit the flanks' & 'Look for overlap' on team instructions.

2. Made both Wide players Wingers on Support.

3. Adavanced PLaymaker is now a Attacking Midfielder on Attack.

I'm also going to tinker about with a few of the things Allan has suggested. Loving this tactic and loving the room for improvement on it and the imput from everyone thus far:) Keep up the good work peeps!

Fulham, started unemployed and got offered the job. 1st season i smashed the league to bits and got promoted as champions.

Finished 2nd in first season in prem and won the FA cup. 3rd season won the league and the champions league but lost in the fa cup final.

Won super cup and community shield so far this season.
