Me and Kevy could possibly do it as a side-project, but it may be one tough job. I'll discuss it with him and let you know :)

It takes roughly 30 minutes to conjure up a well-thought out jersey, and assuming there are 16+ teams in the league it will take around 8 hours to complete a home and an away for all teams. Shared between us, it'd be 4 hours each. I doubt Kevy and I will commit four hours a night to a whole league when we already have this request thread to deal with, plus other activities and goings-on, so you're talking roughly a week.
