Also I have either Neymar and gotze as my amls and sturridge n Douglas costa as my amrs is this ok to use this formation?
 
That's way more than enough.

You can even play Sturridge or Neymar as striker.
Just rotate between them.

Koflok I have Gotze, Gervinho and Van Persie has my attacking trio. How do you recommend I set them up.

So Neymar could play as an advaNCOs forward could he? Excellent news that means gotze can play out wide.
 
Absolutely buzzing with this formation won my first match as Chelsea v Newcastle 7-1 with a player sent off after 16 mins.what shape do you go to when down to 10 men?
 
Does this tactic still have the same effect now theres a new patch out? I say this as i lost 1-0 with Sporting Lisbon to a rubbish team in my division.. Where as before i would of pumped them 3-0 atleast.
 
I've been using this tactic on the new patch with leicester and so far i've w13 d1 L1 in the championship and knocked everton and man city out of the league cup so it still works
 
Okay that's good news. Just not sure it would of worked as well as it's a new patch :/
 
Help! A very slow start hulk 1 goal in 6 games rvp 0 goals overall p6 w4 d1 l1 for 9 against 6 loss was a 4-0 at city so plenty of clean sheets but not much goals
 
I've said it once and i'll say it again. I don't think this tactic is as prolific on the new update which is a shame as it was brilliant before. I'm tempted to go back to the original patch..
 
Well as soon as I get my hands on FM I'll try to update if necessary.

Been really busy lately. Holidays and stuff.

Would be great if you guys can identify stuff that 'goes wrong' in this patch. Like strikers not performing as good, or not enough CCC.

I'm sure (and glad) the corner is not as dangerous as before. So you won't have to mention that

I'm definitely thinking of introducing back the attacking fullback since their positioning has been fixed. Maybe even employ wingbacks.

pls suggests the best player to the mcr and mcl position -.-

WTF did you give to your players?

I mean that result is just simply... demolition to the other team.

Well if it's not some kind of error or something that probably is one of the best results I've ever seen.

Wigan huh? McCarthy as MCR, Watson as MCL, Diame as DMC.
 
I keep getting players sent off,is there anything I can tweak?its not really a problem tho coz I keep winning n have an outstanding squad!
 
I've been playing with Bayern so it's not the greatest challenge but one thing I've noticed is if I change the mentality to standard and drop the defensive line to normal or deep my defence performs A LOT better. I've done this 3-4 times now, twice with 10 men and I actually ended up playing better than the other team with 10 men. Do you think there's anything to this or just a bit of luck?

Btw Gomez has 20 in 8 for me using this.
