Sounds perfect Chris. Its unlikely one vote will be much but one vote could be the difference between winning and losing. I think your proposal makes the most sence. :)

No rush on them. You can wait until 6pm tomorrow before sending them.
If i dont get a message by 8pm this evening i will pass on a vm just to remind people to submit their entries.
 
I had my second exam of this week today, but will hopefully get my kits done tonight.
 
Both trbngr and El_Wulfio have sent me their kits. I will make the voting threads sometime today now that all entries are in.
