Alexandru Chipciu from Steaua Bucharest should be AML natural and AMR to be 18-19 in position.
 
could you not upgrade there reputation so i can sign players like eustace etc a think you would agree that players from championship teams in england should be interested in joining a team like rangers we are being linked with afobe and stevie may so surely they should be interested in joining

Im not so sure I agree... The Championship is a lot higher level than any Scottish league and Rangers are not the side they used to be...

they already have a reputation of a english championship club and the second biggest in Scotland

I have question for you. I like to adjust things between your updates, so for example, now that Man Utd signed Schweini and Darmian, for let´s say (I don´t know the exact numbers) 30m, would you just subtract the exact amount from their transfer budget or less than that? And how do you proceed with the balance budget in editor, do you change this as well?

I alter the budgets depending on transfers, yes... The balance rarely changes unless there is a takeover or an investor

For example PSV sold wijnaldum 14,5m.. would you add this amount to transfer budget of psv or substract it from their debts?

It's really up to you how you do it - I dont usually add all to their transfer budget as clubs such as PSV, Porto ETC rarely spend what they sell
