Im not quite sure what you mean by no dutch teams?

Every team and league is still in the update

Matt smith Oldham to Leeds united and should improve his current ability an potential ability and a few of his stats eg finishing first touch heading and composure had a good season last season and good performance in the cup against Everton and Liverpool a real handful for defenders

also lazar markovic has gone to benfica from partizan been confirmed on sky sports

What I think he means, is that the second Dutch tier has been adjusted for next season.

The number of teams has been extended to 20, and some of last season teams have gone bankrupt and are removed from the league: Veendam and AGOVV. The remaining spots have been filled by Jong (Young) Ajax, Jong PSV, Jong FC Twente and Achilles '29.

oh right, what i have done is all i can do... you cannot change the structue of a league so it has to have the same amount of teams
