-Lucas Digne of Lille in the PSG. He will carry the number 21.
-Cavani will carry the number 9 in the PSG.
-Benjamin Corgnet de Lorient in Saint-Etienne. He will carry the number 11.
-Paul Baysse from Brest to Saint-Etienne. He will carry the number 23.
-Arnaud Maire of Ajaccio to Carquefou.
-Dimitri Payet (OM) numero 17.
- Benjamin Mendy from Le Havre to Marseille.
-Morgan Sanson from Le Mans to Montpellier. He will carry the number 20.
-Rémy Cabella(Montpellier) will carry the number 10.
-Miguel Lopes from Sporting Portugal to Lyon. He will carry the number 13.
-Vincent Aboubakar from Valenciennes to Lorient. He will carry the number 36.
-Raphael Guerriero from Caen to Lorient. He will carry the number 35.
-Fabrizio Ravanelli is the new coach of Ajaccio.
-Laurent Bonnart from Lille OSC to Ajaccio.
-Claude Dielna from Olympiakos to Ajaccio.
-Claudio Keseru from Angers to Bastia.
-François Modesto from Olympiakos to Bastia.

Marquinhos from Roma deserves a big upgrade.
Higuain should be slightly decreased.
Benzema also a slight decrease.
Xabi Alonso deserves a decrease.
Mascherano should be decreased.
Negredo deserves a slight upgrade.
Lucas Leiva should be decreased.
Aguero decreased and injury pronesness increased.
Nastasic big upgrade.
Nani should be decreased.
And why did you decrease some stats of Bale ? (balance,agility,etc)

Sunderland should have around 20-25 million to spend, Di Canio still looking to sign a few more faces which suggests he has money to spend
 
I noticed that you didn't add [FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Seyi Ojo to the liverpool youth academy. He, alongside Sinclair and Lloyd are tourted for greatness and are very highly rated. Any chance of adding him in the future update?[/FONT]

I Agree with a decrease of Mascherano, this man specially in DC is not that good !
Thats why FCB wants to buy a new DC.

Increase of Thauvin, but not in collectivity ! (up agility, technics, speed)

Areola should have a nice PA now.

Most of them have been done... only change to Bale is an increased CA

About Bale he has 9 Balance 13 Agility, isn't that way too low for him?
 
Adnan Januzaj should have increased CA and PA.

He's a very highly rated wonderkid now and is very skillful. Plays for Manchester United.
Won the Reserves Player of the Year for United last season.
United beat Barca to sign him.

Leon Benko scored 19 goals in 25 appearences and deserves little pa increase
Andrej Kramaric 2nd best scorer returned back to Dinamo Zagreb from lokomtiva deserves little CA and PA
Same goes for Sammir from Dinamo Zagreb , Goran Roce (played for istra but now moved to RNK Split) , Mislav Orsic from Inter Zapresic (closing on signing with Crystal palace ) and specially Ante Rebic from Split who played very good in both League and World Cup U20 and he deserves biggest CA/PA increase

All that increases are just slight (couple of points) -> that all only if you have time for it , if no then nevermind
