Simon ferry to Portsmouth and why do portsmouth always start in administration and arent allowed to make signings at the start of the game?

Thats a very good question...

In the editor they DONT have an embrago and they DONT start in administration but the game decides to ignore that... same happened with Rangers last year so not much more i can do im afraid

Alright cheers and I was trying to fiddle about with it in the editor and couldnt find an answer so was just wondering if you knew what it was but keep up the good work anyway your updates are amazing

Tell me about it i just wanna be the team i support and it just ruins the save as we are in a pretty good financial situation now and would just love to do a save with the current squad and bring in a few players and push for promotion but FM is like NO it irritates me sooooo much but ha-ho have to wait till FM 14

me also i have 3 favorite teams to play Volves Norvich and Fiorentina just vaiting this patch to start play

might start as Norwich tomorrow got great youth players on game and signed Ricky Van Wolfswinkel, Hooper & Redmond **** dat deadly
 
I mean last 2 weeks i have been totally bored I was just creating some new tactics and playing fast first seasons with different teams even great results like when I won Seria A with Pescara in first season keep me bored but now coming new fresh game with all this transfers so I am excited again.

I like Norwich because they are perfect for my 3-4-1-2 tactic

Volves are also good choice in 2 years until you reach Premiership you can make team who can win Premiership in your third season.

Rapid Bucharest have a new owner/s. George Copos sold the club to two bussinessmen. however, they say that they'll only provide a cash injection in order to save the club from bankruptcy and after they will try to create a competitive team. they appointed Grigore Sichitiu as the head of the club. he will deal with every problem and will manage the budget.

hope you also edit the romanian first league. thx
