Harry Kewell to Melbourne Heart. In my opinion Christian Benteke's finishing should be higher than 10. Alex Macarthy from Reading should get a CA/PA boost. Just see Liverpool V Reading for proof.
 
Had a quick look at that link. Its not entirely accurate. Some of those players have been released but a lot have been offered new contracts. For example i've heard nothing on Gary O Neil/Chriss Baird so its not reliable atm. Were pretty on top of the released players in the prem. I went through them all yesterday. The championship and lower down im sure there are some we missed tho.

José María Giménez (Danubio FC) To Atletico Madrid.

All of the players in Atletico deserves a boost, especially Miranda, Godin, Courtois, Filipe Luis, Oliver Torres and Diego Costa.
Plus it seems like Atletico will buy both Diego (Wolfsburg) and Toulalan (Malaga).

I'm pretty sure a lot have been looked at but Miranda needs a boost and i've always been a big fan of Diego Costa since he was on loan at Vallodolid. I hope you dont sign Diego, always thought he was really overated. He floped at Juve went back to germany, then went on loan to athletico where he started well but didnt really produce and has ben in and out since his return to germany again. There better off staying well clear.
 
Not sure about this, but I think Marquinhos of Roma should have a bit upgraded CA. He played more than he plays on FM

Filipe and Miranda were winning caps for Brazil aswell. Filipe absolutely deserves it, he's freaking consistent since he's arrived here from Deportivo. Miranda is great at CB too. Also Juanfran should be natural on RB, as most of the times he is playing winger in the game.
 
Yeah good shout on Juanfran. He got in the spain squad as a right back this season too. Felipe i thought was pretty good in game anyways but i'm sure billy will have a look as i dont think i'll be on the file today before the release :)
 
Lordtom, whats the deal with Athletico and there finances. I know there pretty badly run finacially, so will u see a lot of the Falcao money or realisticlly about half of it, i've given them a lot of that money atm but i was thinking of reducing it as i cant see you spending over 25m, would appreciate your feedback as i know they have a massive debt and owed money on falcao so not sure what to do about it. As iv'e heard they pay half of any transfer revenue to the taxman so if thats the case, I'll ask billie to reduce there balance and budget and wages by half

In France, there were a few surprising players this season who need to be improved in my opinion.
Neal Maupay from Nice (16 years/3 goals).
Florian Thauvin from from Bastia/Lille (Choosed Best 'Espoir' Young Player in the L1)
Clément Grenier from Lyon (Included in National Team, 7 goals, 2 incredible freekicks in last 2 weeks).
Dimitri Payet from Lille (12 goals/12 assist.)
Gianelli Imbula from Guingamp (Choosed Best Player in L2 and will be transfer to a big club this summer).
Rachid Ghezzal from Lyon (he was in 'B' team and played the 14 last matches at good level).
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Saint-Etienne (19 goals, improve his ability playing as right wing)

The Falcao deal was 60m officially, as you can see on transfermarkt. Some sources say 45, so I'm not sure on this one either. I'd personally halve it, or cut off 15-20m of the balance.

EDIT: If we are at Atlético now, Manquillo could use a bit of an improvment, he has been playing some matches, and he did well.

Cool i thought i done it a bit high, dont worry as i've left Valencia in a bad way. Billie when you read this can you sort out athletico budget balance etc and take some 15/20m off barca due to the neymar deal too, nice one :)

Only 40% of the transfer fee went to Atletico as 60% of Falcao's contract was owned by third party owners Doyen Sports Limited so they would only have about 20-25% of the fee available to use for transfers
