I think you should improve Mario Gotze's finishing, cuz 9 is way to low for him... so far this season he has scored 7 goals in 16 league matches...he deserves at least 11!

An update on the pep thing, i just done a season on the new file and he went to bayern again, so thats 3 out of 3 :)
 
Take a look at Matija Nastasic. He has been pretty impressive this season. Solid and consistent. Kicked out Lescott from first team and in FM, he is pretty crappy.
I suggest 142 CA /PA is OK
Up his Concentration to 15
Decisions 13
Composure 14
Pace/acc 13

if I remembered correctly, im not sure, Vermaelen was the 3rd best centre back of Arsenal behind Koscielny and Mertesacker. Considering he plays all the games any sometimes fills in at leftback if Gibbs and Santos are ***** again. I think he should be made better or the other 2's a bit less good.

And at Everton, Heitinga has fallen down the pecking order big time even if he is fit, he is not a first 11 player, mostly because his lack of marking, which always leaves the attacker with some time to figure out what to do with the ball. So maybe his marking but also his positioning and concentration + decisions could be downgraded?

Vermalean is Arsenal's best CB and not far off best player aswell

Also take a loke at Alex Grimaldo - His CA is only 77, regular at Barca B.
