I have a couple of suggestions:
1. Simon Moore @ Brentford should have a major CA/PA increase. He has had a massive season, and is highly rated by several premiership clubs. Sky Sports recently did one of their scout reports on him where they rated him as a future world-class goalie. Goalies tend to develop "slower" than other players, so even though he is 22 @ League one should not take anything away from his abilities.

2. Ben Amos @ Man Utd could also use a PA buff, as he has been immense on loan @ Hull. Should turn at least into a good premier league player aswell.

3. Andy Robinson @ Soton needs a major CA/PA update aswell. He has been on the bench and been subbed in several times this year. Have gotten good reviews from the always prolific Soton academy.
4. Dan Butler @ Portsmouth should have a higher PA. He is currently being tracked by several Premier League Clubs. He could use an increase in CA aswell, considering he has been in the starting line-up several times.

5. Jonny @ Celta Vigo isnt horrible, but could also be better. He has been the starting right-back this season, and has done really well. He could use a big CA increase and a PA increase as well.

Just see the players Newcastle bought. The sums were really small taking into consideration all of them are international players.
I reckon its because of lack of sponsorships/rich ownership. Except PSG of course.

In regards to QPR, they have a pretty good reputation when it comes to getting staff. They are after all a rich club with good facilities, so staff shouldnt say no that easily. But you can't change only staff-reputation right? In that case they should NOT get an increase. Their reputation is rubbish atm.

okayErm, Just noticed a few mistakes on the latest update. Jan Kirchhoff is already on Bayern Munich on the latest update, But he is actually joining Bayern at the end of the season rather then right away.
Also, Huub Stevens is no longer Schalke Head Coach, Jens Keller is the new Head Coach.
And just a quick suggestion... I think Stefan Kießling and Adam Szalai should have more then 9 composure, considering Kießling has 13 goals already this season and Szalai sitting on 11.
