Slight CA decrease but increase PA a notch to even it out. That would be about right. :)
Out of them all it has to be Hazard and Ben Arfa which are the most inaccurate. Might just be me but I don't think Hazard is the real deal. He's good, but compared to Carzola etc...
Ben Arfa is good on his day but has zero composure and always end up with Man Utd in my saves. Not a chance he will ever to go Man Utd. 149 CA and 168 PA I would say.

Mccarthy has been reduced slightly with the PA staying the same

Hazard is the same level as Cazorla and Ben arfa has been lowered to 155 but a low consistancy rating
 
The majority of the Barnsley squad have lowered attributes as they performed terribly this season, just a thought
 
i know i have said it a number of times but i feel Jed Wallace needs increasing a lot as he one for the future and a lot of championship and premier league interest in him especially from Stoke also i feel Dan Butler should be given a increase saying that a few weeks ago there were rumours Man City were interested in him you may have already done it but hay ho

Not got the editor open but i think he is already -8 and one of Pompeys better players
 
I would love to know what clubs the people who are moaning about hazards pa/ca support. As somebody who i fan of a lower league club and is devoted to all football, i'm pretty objective. I think he has had a great season for someone who had his FIRST season in the prem. Arguablly better than Mata's first season in the prem, and look how good he has been in his second season. Hazard started on fire, then they sacked RDM and Rafa refused to play hazard oscar and mata together, with a slight tweak of tactics (going more direct to Fernando). As soon as they were all back together he flourished in the last 3 months, and when he played he was quality, but sometimes he didnt as the squad was rotated. Thats just my opinion but remember chelsea finished 3rd the season just gone and where the season before? Ok then. So IMO, Defo... No need for a decrease, and within the net 2 years under Jose, your looking at the pfa player of the season. Guarenteed.

Also Navas unproven? World Cup and Euro Champs, obvz do not count ;) Lol do you ever watch seville he has been magic since the ramos days, his vision is unreal. Fantastic player.

Ben Arfa thing is more down to rep, he shouldnt be going to man utd. So his rep... that needs lowering. And a slight decrease of his CA, PA is down to what SI have put, as far as i know i or billy have not increased him. He had a tough injury hit season but last year was sensational. After a good pre season and back to full fitness he could be back to where he was. But thanks :)

Improve Callum mcmanaman from Wigan his current and potential rating and also improve his dribbling and technique been doing well for Wigan since his 1st and been a 1st team regular every since and did get a call up to the under 21s for England for the euros but sadly missed out due to injury

big future in the game

Matt Ryan moved from Central Coast (Australia) to Club Brugge (Belgium) and Marco Rojas moved from Melbourne Victory (Australia) to Stuttgart (Germany). I think both players should get a CA and PA change with both players doing very well in the league. Rojas scooped up all the A-League awards and scored some memorable goals. Just Youtube them both if you need convincing.

Must agree with you about his vision. Immense!
BUT, he didn't score a single goal last season in 37 appearances. Obviously he's never gonna' get 20 goals a season as he's a winger but he needs to add it to his game.

Regarding Hazard - I'd personally say he simply wasn't consistent enough when he did play. Had a good season don't get me wrong, but in my saves he walks the Prem and it just seems a little unrealistic IMO. Same with Ben Arfa, he always performs in game higher than he does and has done in real life.

Only my opinions though pal. Nothing like a good old debate about football to get me through work. ;)
