Hi... i fidn this update quite amazing..thank you very much....
i have request if you can done croatian transfers listed below:
Ivan Boras from Lokomotiva to Rijeka
Mate Males from Lokomotiva to Rijeka
Nikola Porivac from Dinamo Zagreb to Rijeka
Branko Vrgoc from Osijek to RNK Split
Mario Zulim From Osijek to RNK Split
Ivan Ibriks from Osijek to RNK Split
Josip Tomasevic from Hajduk to RNK Split
Goran Roce from Istra 1961 to RNK Split
Marin Matos from Cibalia to Slaven Belupo
Ljuban Crepulja from Hrvatski Dragovoljac to Slaven Belupo
Dario Melnjak from Zelina to Slaven Belupo
Ivor Weitzer from Rijeka loaned out to Osijek
Stipe Perica from Zadar to GNK Dinamo Zagreb

Yeah see if you can put the loans so they have to pay them back by say september/october first season, 25m i think hearts are in debt and 11.7m for dunfermline. Also put the board confidence down then they should get sold and have a firesale. I done something similar with rangers and pompey in the past. Give it a test :) FM wont let them go into liquidation but its always intresting to see if it will happen. I know FM 12 would always rearrange the loan but usually any bid that comes in they will have to accept. If not i'll have a look at some point before the 22nd.

I dont really like forcing something like it, because when they sell there players IRL or come out of financial trouble its hard to get them back.. it seems once you are in bad financial status on editor its hard to stop it unless you make them ridiculously rich

Fair enough. Are you or have you made any changes to Rangers financial position at all? sorry haven't played as them yet in your new update!

I think they are a little better off, at least able to afford a few players wages and few low fee's etc

Hey, here are a few things I've noticed from the premier league that I think should be fixed (sorry for block of text my enter key doesn't seem to work to make a new line...): - Giroud should be taken down a bit, it's unrealistic him getting 30+ goals a season and having 17 finishing. - Bale's long shots and work rate are pretty low for what he does in real life. - Some of the Tottenham youth players like Pritchard, Fryers, Grant Hall, Townsend and Carroll (maybe less for the last two as their potential is decent) should have higher potential than they do, especially Pritchard. Thanks.

Giroud isn't rated that highly, but is still their main striker so will score a fair few.. ill look at reducing that finishing though

why in Fm there is not a manager transfer's like the players ?
for example ,
Jose Mourinho he will go to Chelsea on 10 june 2013 or Guardiola sign for bayern on 26 june 2013 ?
 
Just looked at Malaga's situation and how all their players want to leave. Surely their reputation is a tad too high at 7000 now? All their players want to leave and they have to sign players from mid table Portuguese clubs.

You just cant set staff transfer dates.. they have to be done from the start of the game

Its mainly due to their financial status, on the field there is not much wrong judging by their finish and champions league showing..

ill compare some other clubs and see if it needs lowering..

a correction to relegations and promotions :D Chiajna and CSMS Iasi remain in the First League, and Rapid and U Cluj relegated. Sorry mate, the Romanian Federation announce this a few days ago. :d

Don't do the relegation one. It's not official yet. The FRF president said neither Chiajna / Iasi will remain in the first league.

Yes, Rapid is relegated, U Cluj is not official (they did an appeal at TAS and are waiting for the response) and Chiajna, Iasi still relegated, for now.

P.S. Rene Girard is the new coach of Lille.
