It is a really confusing league due to all the financial trouble

one question... is there a change in the amount of teams in some divisions? if there is i cannot change that

Eljero Elia needs a significant CA drop based on the season he's just had. I'd say 132 CA. He only got 3 assists all season in 24 starts and has fallen out of recognition with Holland, too. Hunt was Bremen's best player that's still at the club. All around they were poor and can consider themselves fortunate there was teams worse than them in the league.

After playing a little bit, I've seen a couple of things that bother me and what I suggest changing:
Daniel Van Buyten extended to 2014
Claudio Pizarro extended to 2014
Danny Welbeck and Mattia De Sciglio on loan list at the start (they would never do that, perhaps some sort of a reputation upgrade?)
Lucas Leiva got sold for 36.5 mil £ (way too much, lower reputation) in July 2012
Nani to Real Madrid in July 2012 (maybe lower world reputation, doubt he gets such a transfer at this point of his career)
Neven Subotić 10.25 mil £ (seems a bit low) in July 2012
Manuel Fernandes (Besiktas) to Tottenham 28 mil. £ in August 2012 (way too much again)
Nicolas Gaitan on transfer list at the beginning, even in Benfica's B club
Raul Albiol to Man City (same as Nani, he even got 31 starts in the league)
Darren Fletcher (doubt he gets so much playtime, after the problems he's had)
Stephen El-Shaarawy gets transfer listed in the winter due to lack of 1st team football (simply cannot happen, they haven't signed a new forward)

please consider these, I'll report more later :)

edit: I'm sorry, it's Euros not Pounds, but it still stands

Yep, agreed

Some cannot be helped.. the likes of Welbeck and Sciglio are loan listed because of the quality either in their positions or the overall squad depth and as they are young, get loaned out

Lucas again, it would be unrealistic to lower his rep, its only more money than sense PSG that spend that amount

Nani we have lowered a significant amount and he still gets the move

Manuel Fernandes and Gaitan also will be looked at
You forgot to a Djurgården IF as a co club to Manchester City

Godsway Donyoh joins City from Right to Dream - Manchester City FC

Its already done

Vincent Laban - Astra Giurgiu
George Florescu, Cristian Melinte, Selim Ben Djemia, David Distefano - Free
Fabian Himcinschi (Empoli), Christian Monac - FC Vaslui
Alexandre Durimel - Dinamo
Nuno Claro - ACS Poli

Roberto Insigne, Napoli, and Domenico Berardi, Sassuolo, deserves a boost!

Erik Jendrisek (was at Freiburg) joining Energie Cottbus on a free.
Manuel Gulde from SC Paderborn to Karlsruhe.
Tarik Elyounoussi from Rosenborg Trondheim to TSG Hoffenheim.
Raffael Korte from Eintracht Braunschweig on loan to 1.FC Saarbrücken.

Oh, and Christian Eriksen very likely to sign for Dortmund - not confirmed yet, though, so I'll post it here again once it is.

Kevin Prince Boateng should be able to play naturally RW

Nigel De Jong should have his passing upped to about 15 or 16 (has a pass completion of 92% and averages almost 60 passes a game)

El shaarawy should have his passing upped to 14/15 (pass completion of 85% and averages more key passes a game than iniesta) and should have dribbling of at least 17 as this guy's close control is impeccable.

Zapata deserves upped passing (90% pass completion from an average of 45 passes per game)

De sciglio deserves a CA upgrade for sure due to his breakthrough season. Realistic stats would be 15 anticipation, 14/15 crossing, 12/13 dribbling, 12 marking, 15 passing, 15 tackling, 14 off the ball + positioning, 14/15 decisions, 16 composure + workrate, 14 acceleration, 16 sprint speed and 13 strength.

Fabio Borini's finishing should be lowered to 15, his determination should be upped to around 17/18 and his stamina should be upped as his fitness has improved a fair bit

Joe Allen deserves a better first touch, I do find him a bit overrated but his touch is pretty class.

Jordan Henderson's determination should match his work-rate

Maxime Gonalons should be CA/PA upgraded. Deserves a passing, tackling, composure and decisions of at least 16 (he is one of europe's most successful passers in relation of quantity to quality).

Dejan Lovren should have his passing raised to 14 and his consistency lowered to 9 or 10

Alex Lacazette should be a natural RW

Grenier should have free-kicks of 15(although he only scored 2 this season, they were both pretty special), pace + long shots of 14 and finishing of 11.

Yohan Gourcuff should be able to play LW.

Lisandro Lopez should be a natural LW as well as ST

Aubameyang should have 17 pace and 15 dribbling

Jeremy Clement should have 16 passing (87% completion from 58 passes per game)

Max Gradel should have dribbling of 15/16, a passing decrease to around 9 and work rate of 15/16

Thomas Muller should get a bit of an increase in passing and dribbling, 14 would be realistic.

David Alaba should get a slight passing increase (90% success from 54 passes per game) and a tackling of at least 15 (averages a foul every 4 tackles). I also think he deserves a pace increase as he does seem to be incredibly fast, e.g. at times he looked faster than walcott when they were playing arsenal.

Cesar Azpilicueta's Off the ball should be increased as he gets forward a fair bit.

Kevin Volland should be able to play AMC naturally

Takashi Usami should be able to play LW naturally

Rodrigo (Benfica) should be accomplished at AMC

Robert Firmino should have his tackling upgraded to 11

I personally feel David Luiz should have a passing and flair of 15/16, his technique should be higher, his dirtiness should be upped to 15 and his decisions and aggression should be lowered to 11 and 15 respectively.

No, mate. Just move those teams like i wrote and everything will be correct. The amount of teams will be the same.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan close to liverpool move, Fantastic player. I've seen him destroy lots of teams, rate him v highly. If Suarez goes, a rotation of Henrikh Mkhitaryan/Coutinho in the hole behind Sturridge/Aspas/Borini will be dangerous. Hope they go for Redmond/Ince aswell to compliment Raheem/Suso be an exciting forward line.
