I won the Serie A with Roma 1st season and had a budget of around 20m but after winning the league 1st season I start the 2nd with 4m should this be like this?

I cant control transfer budgets first season.. it all comes down to how well you handle the finances through the first season

and yes Matic has been improved
 
Great work but I wonder over something, I started a new save with Napoli and got the generous transfer budget on 60 million and wage budget 21 k/w but when I was going to scout Dennis Praet he wasn´t wisible because I forgot to load the Belgium league, so I started a new save excactly the same settings except the Belgium league was now loaded but now I got 0 in transfer budget but the same wage budget so I tried again but with the same result, how is this possible?

Also Brage´s young goalkeeper Patrik Carlgren has joined AIK.

Amazing work.Can you please check the following players?-Alexy Bosetti and Bahebeck two of mosttalented young attackers in France, increase a little bit theirpotential, after 5 years first one is still in Nice and Bahebeck inReserve Team
-Florial Thauvin and Kurt Zouma, Sub'20frencha stars, increase a little bit their potential, after 5 seasonsthey are still in Lille and Saint-Etienne
-Yaya Sanogo- future France NationalStriker, has no level in the game, after 5 seasons, still on loan tomedium clubs.
-Hervin Ongenda- great preseason withPSG, played 30min in first match against Montpellier. No level, no potential.
-Romain Alessandrini- 6 incrediblemonths with Stade Rennais for an MPD (22 matches/10 goals), went to National Team before a big 6 monthsinjury, now he is healed and Marseille want to pay 8 millions forhim. Improve a bit.
Dimitri Payet- new star in Marseille,in the game has no level.
Axel Ngando and Mario Lemina, bigsurprises in France, have no level in game. Thanks a lot

When you select the leagues there are tick boxes underneath, make sure you tick the box that is transfers budgets in first window

Anyone know if he any good for League 2 ?

you'll have to be abit more specific... Premier League should be almost complete as all are reported quite well and added to BBC transfers for which i follow
 
I have seen a lot of like reserve players or very young players who have gone out on loan or been released not been updated etc, as I said it's only little ones but when you have time before the last update, double check all the transfers on that site.

Also I don't think anyone should be added unless 100% confirmed, I saw Capoue was added when he wasn't confirmed yet, unless the update is coming out on that specific day and it won't be confirmed for a day or two, then don't put anyone in.

Doubt ill have time to go over the whole league again when the majority are done

I usually dont put people in prematurely, but Toulouse president confirmed the deal on the friday i release so i moved him.. today he officially completed the deal, it was a formality
 
Could you terminate the affiliation between Cardiff and Brecon Corinthians and Tommy Smith should be a deafult RM and Joe Ralls has gone on loan to Yeovil Town until January 5th
