Improve:
Shaun Cummings - He's a better Right Back than Griffin for sure and 15k Reading fans agree!
Shane Long - Need i say more..
Jem Karacan - 3RD best player of the season for a Play Off Finalist..
Jimmy Kebe - Insane dribbling and acceleration
Alex McCarthy - Englands Number 1/2 for Under 21's. Deserves more than he has atm.
Hal Robson-Kanu - Improved a **** of a lot this season.

Downgrades:
Andy Griffin - Slow, and just ****.
Ian Harte - Slow, **** at tackling, has no balls (bravery)
Simon Church - Always offside.

Transfers:
In:
Mikele Leighertwood - Signed from QPR on perma basis till 2014

Out:
Scott Davies - Moved to Crawley Town on a free transfer
Julian Kelly - Released
Zurab Khizanishvili - End of Loan.
 
will do most but the harte and griffen one's although some may think they are ****, they start every week for reading so i wont be making them alot worse :P

I'm not saying 'make them sooo ******* ****' I'm just saying down grade them. Cummings is better than Griff fo' sure. Harte isn't terrible, just slow and no bravery at defending..

Plus Chris Armstrong no longer playing due to Retirement. Should be a Reading Legend on the information thing in my opinion. Soo many flags about him its unreal!
 
yea ino what you mean, but i aint making him better when he dont play haha ill make them similar at best ;)

Why improve every player on a team that just got relegated to League One? Seems kind of biased.

yep i thought exactly the same, but tbh mate most them player slisted are reserve or youth players who have been brought up to the first team, they did need a lil boost so i have gave them a small boost... people like hume and coutts though have not been.. i mean hume aint top championship
 
I would increase Liverpools transfer budget to well over £60m.

Added Big Sam to West Ham?
 
Bayern completes Rafinha and Neuer singings.

Financial details including transfer and contract values were not released, although it is estimated that Neuer cost €18 million plus bonuses, and Rafinha came for around €5.5m.

Liverpools is 50mil any higher i get the moaners say im biased.. plus you can sell players/alter wage budget/ ask for more money and you will likely get 60mil+

A few changes to the Liverpool backroom staff too.

May need to create Mike Marsh and make him U18 manager. Promoting Rodolfo Borrell to Reserve Manager too.

Umm....not biased at all and it isnt every player. Coutts and Hume are the only two first teamers I want upgraded, Hume was one of the most hardworking strikers in the Championship and needs an improvement on workrate, teamwork and finishing, and dribbling. Coutts will be a top Championship player, the rest are highly rated youth who I have seen play.

Some of our players were good enough for the Championship, it was Darren Ferguson who couldnt manage them and out of his depth.

improve somma(speed and finishing) GRADEL (dribbling, finishing) snodgrass (FK's long shots) becchio (finishing) Kasper Schmeichel, and howson a cheeky little boost :)
 
could you increase dirk kuyt, lucas and pepe reina's professionalism as tbh i think these (especially dirk) are model pros proving to be perfect tutors for youngsters
