Give Kevin Strootman a bit of a boost? Seems a shoe-in for the Netherlands Euro squad and mostly plays as a defensive midfielder, his positioning in particular should probably be improved.
 
chelsea need a slight reputation boost and transfer budget increase after the champions league win
 
West Ham players, such as vaz te and collision, need an increase to deal with the premier league

This is extremely right.
I want to add for Roma:
Decrease De Rossi, Jose Angel, Lamela, Bojan and Kjaer
Improve Borini
Make Totti less prone to injuries and increase stamina. He is **** to play atm and he is starting in the most AC Roma matches and is staying for full time. Increase teamwork and decrease work rate.
Remove Pizarro and add Marqinio
Montella is rumored to be the new coach in few days... however I am not sure about it.
Kjaer will probably stay (depends how much Roma are willing to spend for him), Marqinio will probably stay, Bojan wanted to stay also for the next season.
 
Take a look on Ramires, Ashley Cole, Cech and Ivanovich. They must be improved imo. Ramires, after Mata is the best player of Chelsea, Cech saved CFC scores many times (beggining of season wasn't as good as all rest was but anyway), also Iva played great, most of season best defender.

Di Matteo also should be improved, he did great work this 3 months he works in CFC. His ideas, character, behavior as a manager - awesome.

Grant Holt (norwich), Pogrebniak (fulham), Jelavic (Everton), Sinclair (Swansea) have all had great seasons and imo deserve a finishing and CA increase. Curtis Main is massively underrated and should have a noticeable CA increase, so is Jordan Rhodes. Just my opinion of the season but dont worry if you disagree

Wasn't Bojan on loan from Barcelona for two seasons anyway. I think Barcelona had a buyback clause too.
 
paul scholes has signed a 1 year extension and should have fitness improved a bit as you can barely play him for 10 minutes ATM, valencia's defnsive attributes should be boosted abit and make rb a convincing position as he played the alot, oriol romeu for chelsea should vision and passing should be incresed and DEFINATELY improve kompany all round he was best defender in the world this season
 
Some Arsenal changes: -Walcott decrease consistency, improve big matches(great games with Spurs and Chelsea) and finishing(missing less and less sitters as time goes).
-RVP should have at least 17 finishing + at least 17 composure and 15 decisions, also his injury proneness should be way lower than 16, he gets injured every 4 games in my save. He started placing his shots more, so you could give him the PPM.
-Chambo could use a boost, mainly in technique, off the ball and decisions.
-Gervinho should get decreased, he's been **** offensively, decrease his CA and maybe increase his workload a bit.
-Arteta could get better finishing, influence and consistency(we only won 1 league game without him).
-Joel Campbell has been a starting player for most of the second part of the season at Lorient, but in FM he benches a lot. Maybe a CA and slight PA up.
-Koscielny has been bossing in defense next to Vermelen, way ahead of Per. Also, rumoured to be in the starting eleven for France at the EURO.
-Chamackh is great in the game, but **** IRL. Considerable decrease.
-Podolski speaks a bit of English, maybe a 4 or a 5, but you can understand him decently.
-Sagna consistency increase, only had 2 bad games since returning from his injury.
-Gibbs is a bit stronger and maybe less injury prone.
-Ozyakup and Eisfeld are great prospects, maybe a bit of an potential increase.

Other teams: -Tottenham could get a reputation decrease, as players like Modric and Bale are rumoured to leave because of the lack of CL football.
-Southhampton could get a decent reputation upgrade, to be more tempting for more players.

Other players: Giroud and Belhanda should get huge boosts, been amazing this season. Utaka and Camara deserve an up themselves. Also Giroud has a 16 milion euros release clause.
Pastore consistency decrease, been good in only a handful of games this season.
Lewandowski increase, Barrios decrease.
 
I assume you haven't uploaded any database yet.Would have liked to start up a game as reading or southampton and snap up some good free transfers. Bolton especially released some good players.klasnic steinson etc. too bad guess I won't be able to crank it up till 13th of June. My leaving cert starts on the 6th and finishes on the 13th. I should probably get studying.
 
Some notes about Bayern and please incorporate this, i would love it:
-finances have much improved, this year bayern will come third in revenue (after barca and real) and are preparing to spend like 60mil this summer, so it's much betzter then currently in the game
-reputation shuld also improve, since bayern won the second place treble XD
-kroos, schweini, lahm, badstuber, boateng, gustavo were all much better then they are in the game this season (if you compare them to other players - schweini before injury was the best DM in europe, kroos huge development, lahm the best right back in the world, and both central defendders + gustavo were sublime as bayern had the second best defensive record in europe)
-alaba shuld get fixed PA he's a beast and so is shaqiri (fix him PA to) - give both 180 :D

Other:
-These players also deserve a bump:
-Reus, dante and huntelaar
-Half the DOrtmund team
-half the montepelier team (especially giroud and belhanda)
-javi martinez, munian and other bilbao players
-john guidetti (something like 20 goals in 20 games for feyenrood) was a best and he isn't even -9 in the game!

Am i may add more when i think of it

P.S.: i like liverpool very much, so now we can be frineds and you do this for me :D

I think upgrading Bayern players after their second half of the season would be a bit ridiculous. Lahm, Kroos and Schweinsteiger are already world class on the game. Admittedly Boateng could do with a bit of a boost on his marking and heading but Gustavo almost deserves to be made worse given his poor and very inconsistent performances.
Dante is also really quite good along with Huntelaar who regularly gets top scorer in Germany on my games. Reus could be upgraded.
I'm not in any kind of position to comment on the others but have watched a fair amount of German football,seeing as I'm living in Germany at the moment.

The one major reason i want them to improve, is that they are bad compared to other european players. They may not have improved so much, but Bayern has one of top 3 starting 11 in the world, yet in the game schweini and lahm have less then 170 PA. And Badstuber is rated according to how he played last season, but this season he was like 10 times better. Gustavo is alone resposible that bayern got passed real, schweini and lahm are both out of this world and kroos is better then ganso, yet is worse in the game. I know this is biased since i'm a bayern fan, but there is alot of truth in it...
 
Given his mental attributes, I don't think there are too many midfielders better than Schweinsteiger. Badstuber could also do with a bit of a boost. Gustavo is pretty **** good already as is Kroos, who will still develop in the game (which is fair seeing as he is still young and will get better). Lahm seems to have been made worse in the winter official update,which was harsh, so maybe increase Lahm a touch.
By the way, I agree that several in the Dortmund team should be better. Especially Schmelzer, Piszczek,Kagawa (even if he won't be there by the time the update is finished) as well as Grosskreuz and Blascykowski's technical stats (but given their mental and physical stats, respectively, not too much).
 
And don't forget Gundogan, he should at least have his PA incrased, he's the future Sahin and seeing how Sahin didn't play at all, might even be better then him one day.
