Arouna Kone has signed a 1 year contract with Levante, with a clause of 10.000.000

Sevilla will have a transfer budget of 10.000.000

yep! BIG free signing for whoever gets him.
 
Slight CA and PA increase for Kyle Walker
Don't decrease Liverpool players that much as they haven't had enough time to gel except Downing who has been rubbish and maybe a slightly larger decrease for Carroll.
Arjen Robben and Eden Hazard are now up there with Ronaldo and Messi well not quite that good but almost.
Gareth Bale needs a slight CA and PA increase
RVP needs EXTREMELY HIGH finishing and composure.
Whatever Mario Balotelli, Joey Barton or Djibril Cisse's dirtiness is it needs to be at 20.
Joey Barton is banned for around 4-10 premiership games so unless it is released before the update is release lets call it 7 or 8.

Carroll dont need a bigger decrease than Downing, at least he shown decent form come the end of the season, where a downing had odd matches here and there

I didn't mean slightly larger decrease than Downing I meant than the rest of the team sorry for the confusion.

Sorry to say lads,

but on the update, Portsmouth and Rangers will have -10 points deductions at the start of the season.. for some reason me changing them in January hard coded them in

It cannot be deleted... sorry! :(

Portsmouth might have the deduction only in the championship so it they're relegated or promoted they won't have the disadvantage.
 
Hopefully, doing relegations and promotions now, but im not holding my breath! haha

adrian of athletic madrid needs an increase, got 19 goals this season and is in the provisional spain squad, as is isco, who needs a significant increase. Slightly decrease pedro and david villa and increase tello, cuenca and varane (varane really impressed for real madrid when he played)
 
kevin de bruyne also needs a stat increase,has had another great season for genk which led to him being signed by chelsea, yet he is poor on the game, as is courtois (athletic madrid)
