It has not been officialy announced but I can ensure Sevilla has reached an loan agreement for goalkeeper Javi Varas
 
So the rangers thing your releasing the players who refuse to transfer their contracts to the Newco ??

Hi Marshall, it's me again, I noticed another few changes need to be done (I hope I'm not being annoying, just trying to help you)
1. Baba (sevilla) appears to be signed by Celtic for upcoming season, he just came as a winter transfer so I don't think it's likely for him to leave.
2. Juan Cala is not playing for Sevilla's youngsters, he is playing for the first team, and he has a great chance to be in Sevilla's XI.
3. I had to inform you about a sad happening, Miki Roqué, a Real Betis player passed away a few days ago because of cancer. :(
I'll be looking up for some stuff to fix, if you need anything else just tell me

I don't think he can do it. It must be something hard encoded in the game. Also, IRL it will be useless, teams like United, City and Barcelona will never get kicked out of continental competitions no mater how big their debt is. And if the rule is really strict, you can always sign a 400 million sponsorship deal prom your owner's firm(City).
