Is the RVP situation done in the update? Him and Walcott should have "leaves at the end of contract" checked. Also, take the captain armband from him and give it to TV5. Maybe even lower his loyalty a bit.

RVP is, Walcott hasn't came out and said he will definitely leave... as for the armband, that too is not confirmed as Arsenal want to keep him for this season

Loyalty as well, he has spent years there, and they have won nothing so cant blame him for wanting a move to a bigger club
 
With that leaves at end of contract thing does that still mean I am able to sell him, but not give him a new contract?

you can even offer him a new contract and he may sign, ive never really seen it be affective but its the only thing you can do in this situation
