Both "Academy players" Cant sign proper contracts until their 18 and then need to go on loan to Belgium or Holland where they can gain EU residency or gain enough international caps to get work permits here. United aren't likely to get them before 2014 so if you do put them in I would suggest a loan deal with FC twente for Gladstony and a future transfer to Man Utd for 2014 or 15
