looking at yr last one its an XML file... the new one is a dbc file? any difference?

my update is xml not DBC...

delete all updates including mine.

close down FM12..

Download my update again and place in editor data.. then load up FM12 and try again

Sorted it mate... I downloaded it again and this time was an XML file?? Bizarre... Anyway tis all fine now... As has been said before thanks so much for putting in the time to produce this update... Believe me its greatly appreciated and keep up the great work!!!

it says on the description and has been said many times..

due to hardcoded rules they have a fair play spot, it cannot be changed

With Liverpool I've noticed there are some transfer clauses that shouldn't be there:
There is an appearance clause for Aquilani there and we've sold him
Sebastian Coates needs 12 months knocked off his repayments and make the payments stay and £100K per month
