Am I the only one who doesn't see how VDV will really fit in at Spurs? They play Palacios and Huddlestone in the middle and dominate the play, and Modric on the left usually an Lennon on the right, unless he's gonna use 1 striker and put VDV in behind him..
 
You've got 2 and a half minutes to agree a fee, give him a medical, agree personal terms and get it all signed with enough time left to fax it off to the FA.

Sounds very, very unlikely.

We play Hudd and Modric, with Bale on the left Lennon on the right, so maybe in the hole behind a striker, or CM pushing Modric to the left, and Bale to left back.
 
Right, so agree the fee in 30 seconds, poke him in the back to see if it hurts, give him a shitload of cash and then fax to the FA. 2 minutes, done.
 
As suspected, we're not signing any striker.AGAIN. We've not had a decent back up since Crouch in 2008 Ffs.
