Having won The Treble, I met with the boardroom to discuss our future.
When I took over the club, we'd just had a breathtaking season under
Brendan Rodgers that saw us finish 2nd but the Suarez affair cost the
club their manager as he decided enough was enough.

It was a slow start to life at Anfield, finishing my first two seasons
outside the top 4 but Capital One Success kept me in the job. I knew
If I had the time to teach the squad to play my brand of football...

12 Trophies in 7 years.

The Average age of the Squad is only 24 yet we won the League, the FA Cup and the
Champions League. The core of the squad is solid so it's time to look tot he future while
things are goign well. Players like Sergio Ramos and Juan Mata are fantastic players
but at 33 and 34, they're just holding back younger player who still have their
entire careers ahead of them. It's time for a clear out and sell the fringe players.

We've made one Acquisition in the summer.

Mamadou Sakho is 31 years of age and his wage demands are starting to get excessive.
I gave him a 25k p/w pay rise last year to keep him at the club but if he makes motions
to leave again this season, I'm goign to cash in on him since Biggs and Mingay are both
English internationals and my back-line can only be made stronger with the National Team
Goalkeeper behind them.

We've established ourselves as the wealthiest club in the world so
we're looking to reduce our Wage budget. Since our Squad is at a
World Class standard, we can afford to look to the academe and only
sign for the first team when necessary.

Our plan is to build a new Stadium within the next 5 years. Anfield has been a
sensational home for us but with the capacity capped at 58,000; I feel we
need to move on. I'm goign to spend the next 3 year securing the funding
and hopefully we can build an 75,000+ stadium to cement this period of
success firmly in the clubs history.

Enjoying how this is going, what are the chances of a Kia Ora return though? Happy with this but you know Kia Ora was special!

A solid pre season saw us through tot he opening fixtures.

We've a Community Shield fixture against Chelsea
and the UEFA Super Cup against Manchester United.

Bitterly disappointed but our rivalry with Chelsea continues.

We got the one that matterd more to the fans. Loosing to both would
have been utterly unacceptable I've been in this job long enough to know
that but the North-West Derby is second only to the Mersyside Derby.

just read through this whole save again and a bit sad to see it ended abruptly :( was a great read! :)
