Liverpool FC: The 5 Year Plan

Mate, This is mind blowing, Was too far behind on the last one to catch up but pleased I have caught this one starting up!

Cheers mate. Sit back and enjoy :)

Ibe has been one of my best players in my Liverpool save surprised you let him go out on loan.

He was okay in the few appearances I gave him but Lallana, Finminho and COutinho played much better int he wide roles for me. I sent him out to continue his development.

Morgan's really not quite Joe Allen though, is he? ;)

:P Give him 6 months and he'll be better.
Only kidding. I'm going to be keeping an eye on that regen since he looks like he could be quite a skillful player :)

April was jam-packed with action, culminating against fixtures vs the top two.

A great hat-trick for Daniel Sturridge and Harry Wilson took his first team opportunity
with a debut goal. Chuffed for the young lad.

A ding-dong match as we wen't from behind, to leading, to leaving with a draw.
Though our two away goals put an enormous amount of pressure on Villarreal
as they have to win at Anfiled.

This result was never comfortable Jon Flanagan got himself sent off with a straight red card
9 minutes into the game. We had taken the lead only a minute beforehand so our confidence
was high enough to ride the shock of being down to 10 men so early.

We've turned Anfield into somewhat of a fortress in recent times. Most of our
strongest performances have come at home and this could be a decisive factor
in winning our semi-final.

A fortuitous point from a game we honestly deserved nothing from. Chadli's 5th
minute goal gave Spurs the lead and I expected the flood gates to open from there.
We struggled for possession and created very few chances. Lallana made the
difference when he swung in a dangerous cross of Benteke, Rose intercepted
the cross but fortunately for us, it went in off the post.

We got the news that Chelsea had mathematically secured the title in the days before we welcome
them to Anfield. We'll be the first team to offer them a guard of honor... hopefully they'll leave with
nothing.

I simply cannot believe that we are now just 90 minutes away from Champions League football.
When our league form dipped and we threw away so many points, I felt that the elite European
competition was just too much of an ask. I still can't believe the journey we've been on.

2-0 down, away from home in Bilbao... That was the moment we
decided we're going to win this competition.

Southampton are a shock to o down this season. I'll be looking at their squad and trying to
pinch a few players if they get disgruntled. I'm aiming to try overtake Manchester City with
my remaining two games to deny them a European spot; this should case chaos in their
squad as I look to pinch some world class players for next season.

Sinclair came on as an early first half substitution and he grabbed the chance,
scoring 2 goals in his league debut. I'll be keeping an eye on him!

This had been billed as a great clash as a win was massive for either. A west Ham win would see
them move above City into 5th while a Win for Liverpool would see them move above West Ham
into 6th. A massive game for both sides and it didn't disappoint. Firminho scoring the all important
goal 10 minute from time.

We started well but the second half was a disaster. We lost the lead to a sloppy goal, Bender
got himself sent off for an off the ball incident and Valdés spilled a simple cross into his own goal.
This made even more depressing knowing that 3 points would have seen us finish 6th; moving
above Manchester City. I did rest a lot of first team players given that the Europa League Final
is only 3 days away... but still, We throw away a lead.

And so my first season sees us finish 7th. A good second half of the season saw us climb
the table after a terrible first 15 games. Overall I'm happy with our performances this season,
Saw some fantastic individual and team efforts and I'm quite confident about our chances of
a top 4 finish... but now, the chance to win a trophy in my first year as Liverpool Boss!

Aye, I was gutted since we could have done better. We done the double over Champions Chelsea which shows that we have a squad capable of mar more than a 7th place finish.

I'm ****** nervous right now!!! :P This match is huge for us since I need Champions League money. With City missing out on a top 4 finish, it would be the drawing power I need to attract some of their players over to Merseyside.
