Simple really, hes not the best Winger at my club, i have several other options so hes out on loan this season, If i finally manage to get rid of Cleverly and i think Kagawa and Valencia will leave in the summer and Zaha will get his chance next season, Its hardly like im missing him!

Champions League

So in the second leg back at Old Trafford we thrahsed Benfica 4-0 with Henriquez scoring a brace along with De Bruyne and Janzuaj sowing up the impressive win,

Another domestic tie as we get Liverpool in the Champions League Quarter Final as we probably get the easiest draw of all of the teams left.

So along with the Champions League win this month we drew with Chelsea twice in the FA Cup having to go to penalties to win the tie with Diego Costa scoring all 3 goals over both games.
Not many matches this month at all they seem to have stockpiled all of our league games for May, lucky i have my rotation policy in full effect.

8 points clear at the top with a game in hand as the league matches are all over the shop with Chelsea having played 4 more matches than us and some other teams only one more match.

1st Leg V Liverpool - Away

Diego Costa and an unlikely goal from LB Luke Shaw that sealed an impressive away win against Liverpool to put us in a strong position for the second leg with Nick Powell forcing his way into our first team at the moment.

2nd Leg V Liverpool - Home

A 3-3 draw at Old Trafford as Liverpool let a 3 goal lead slip in the last 30 minutes of the match, as when Liverpool got their 3rd we were heading out so i made the 3 subs and went onto Overload and we smashed in 3 goals in quick succession to draw on the night and win the tie 5-3.

So the Final 4 our decided and again we get what you could call the weak link in PSG as Bayern face Barcelona in the other Semi Final.

A bore draw in Manchester as we have a load of chances but just cant find the net and will have to go and get something in Paris.

2nd leg V PSG - Away

PSG had the better chances but it was the DMC's who made the difference on the night as former Liverpool player Lucas scored for PSG just before the break but our young German Matthias Ginter managed to equalize around the hour mark and seal the win on away goals.

We will face Barcelona in the Champions League Final after they easily beat Bayern 5-1 on aggregate.

So along with the Champions League progression we thrashed Arsenal 4-1 in the FA Cup Semi Final along with winning all 5 league games this month with a lot of my second string getting some serious game time like the fact my 3rd choice striker Kyle King has 7 goals in 13 games and Powell has come to the fore.

With the second string mainly playing the league games now and the first team players like Henriquez and De Bruyne focusing on the Cup Competitions they have dropped down the Golden Boot chart and it looks like former player Hernandez will win it this year.

The League matches

So in our last 6 league matches i played rotated squads to the hilt with some sides having several players under the age of 20 in the starting 11, we still managed to win 4 of the 6 and the big surprise was transfer listed Tom Cleverly even grabbed a goal as we retained the Premier League

So in the end we finished the season 18 points clear of second place whilst Newcastle were the surprise team to grab a Champions League spot in 4th.

So we got the important goals at important times in the match, first De Bruyne scored within a mintue of the start of the match before Diego Costa scored the second just after the break with Henriquez sealing the win scoring in extra time at the end of the game.

A dominant performance as we scored first before pegging them back twice in a row as they equalized before De Bruyne sealed the emphatic win with 10 minutes to go.

Well we won the Sextuple but they didnt have anything to say for our 7th trophy i guess its because its not done very often!

This was after i had done all of shopping, I didnt go too crazy but even now i have well over ?100Million in the transfer budget thanks to the ?10million a month loan repayments finishing 6 months ago.

Players Out

So bar from loaning out a lot of my youngsters nobody left for any money as i couldnt get good enough deals for players i wanted to leave and the squad is shaping up to the point theres only maybe 2 players i want to get rid of.

So my big signing this season was Will Hughes for a mere ?19Million as the likes of Fellaini and Fabregas are starting to get on a bit i thought i would snap him up before he went to another club or his price went too high, an English midfield of Powell and Hughes would be most promising.

It was the usual suspects grabbing the goals along with young Scot Ryan Gauld who has been out on loan the past few seasons and its really make or break for him this year.

So as you can see at the moment i have Nick Powell in the starting 11 after he produced some amazing performances last season and bashed in some important goals.
With all the rotation though the starting 11 means little as last season even my 3rd choice striker Kyle King started 16 games.

So we won all 5 games this month but i reckon i used the second string more than the first team this month!
In the big Wigan win AMC youth intake player McAuley grabbed his first goal for the club along with Zaha scoring in the win against Nottm Forest.
More first scorers in the Swansea romp with Tielemans scoring a brace and Will Hughes getting his first Man Utd goal.

Another perfect month with 6 wins in a row with Rodrigo Gomez in incredible form scoring for fun as we get a group of easy fixtures and heavily rotate the squad along with Dani Alves getting his first goal for Man Utd, at the age of 34 he has been a really good understudy for Rafael so far this season.

**** You Liverpool! So despite losing our 100% record in the league it wasnt too bad a month as we won the other 4 games we played with Luke Shaw getting 2 goals in 2 games along with Diego Costa showing hes still got it up front despite Henriquez and King producing goals this season.
