I fukin knew this would happen after Olic's goal. Shows were in dyer need of a creative central midfielder we were playing 'Hit and Hope' football for the majority of the second half. I also think Berba should have came on earlier as we had no attacking outlet when Rooney went off.
Fair play to Bayern though they made the most of the extra man.
 
Bayern were the better team for 3/4 of the tie, without a doubt.

They were better in both halves of the first leg at the Allianz Arena, and they were better in the second half at Old Trafford. They go through deservedly, and anyone who isn't up their ****** will probably agree.

As for Fergie's comment regarding the "Typical Germans"... has he never watched his own team when their own player goes down in similar circumstances? Amusing comment really, and probably should have calmed himself down before committing to doing an interview.

Better luck next year, spearmint. Unlucky all of you cockney reds out there. :)
 
imo it's clearly ferguson's fault, you don't defend against teams like Bayern, i'm glad the better team qualified , very interesting semis Barca Inter and Bayern Lyon :)
 
i thought rafas red was harsh tbh, glad manu are out very stupid to risk rooney imo and if arsenal finsh above manu in the league would that mean we have had a better season than united?lol
well done bayern , but barca look unstoppable so i think they will take it.

The 'Typical Germans' comment wasn't said in response to the way the players fell, it was to the way that the team rushed around the referee and pressured him to card Rafael.

You're an idiot. Try and actually analyse the game next time. Bayern were the better team and deservedly went through. It's a shame you didn't get the regular amount of 'Fergie time'. I suppose that does indeed make Bayern cheaters.

I'm well aware of that. I meant the way his players react when they also surround the referee when a teammate hits the deck.
