Dude could of got £7m for Zamora but good sale anyway and nice work with Gignac.. He's a true beast!
Seriously!? Ah **** sake XD Oh well, £4m will have to do :$

In more news...

King could pull of massive Young deal:
Fulham fans are sitting on the edges of their seats at Fulham boss Max King is attempting to bring Aston Villa & England international winger Ashley Young to the club. The deal will have £15m paid over the next 4 seasons, and will see Zoltan Gera and Simon Davies going to Aston Villa aswell. A fulham fan caught outside Craven Cottage was quoted saying - "Well, if he manages to pull it off, then he's certainly special. Roy Hodgson was the best thing that ever happened to this club, but if he pulls this off, we could be in for the season of our lives".

Good Luck Max! Fulhame are a nice team!

Don't know why you sold Zamora, he should be a beast if you are playing on an update!
Nah I'm just using the transfer update one, not the CA & PA one :)

Yeah I got £6.75M for him from Shakhtar lol...
but your using a different db than me so maybe not... great deal for Young, although Gera does get quite a few goals, 9 for me.

Young completes £15m deal:
Ashley Young has completed his £15m move to Fulham, probably the biggest transfer of the window by a mile. Zoltan Gera and Simon Davies agreed terms in no time with Fulham after being told they needed to leave by Max King, and Ashley Young signed on the dotted line moments later. Ashley Young is one of the most exciting English prospects around, and Fulham fans certainly weren't the only one's surprised at Young arriving at Craven Cottage, with an Aston Villa supporter saying - "I simply do not see the logic in this deal? Okay, we've got 2 players for 1 and £15m, but it's not worth it for a player like Ashley Young! No disrespect or nothing to the two new lads, but Simon Davies is in his 30's, and Zoltan Gera is no where near the standard of Young! Martin O'Neil better bring in a replacement, otherwise this isn't gonna be a fun season for us fans".

Loving the title and they layout of the story. Some good signings there as well. I'll be following with interest :)

you've made more stories than Joe at the moment ;)

Yeah he may have but at least he gets somewhere with his story and does not quit after just 1 season
anyway max good signings there young and gignac will rock the prem

Cheers mate. & I doubt I've done more than him, I can't remember. :)

Great signing in Young dude.. should do very well.
How is he going to fit into your tactics?

Well, I'm using Kris' Harry Redknapp tactics which haven't been released yet, it's a 4-4-2 but it has an AML set as Advanced Playmaker, pretty much perfect for Young (H)

Sounds good.. thought you were using the Ancelotti tactic again lol

I signed Young for my Spurs side. Play him Just behind the striker and you cant go wrong :)

Harry Redknapp tactics?

Hoof it up to Crouchy who head it down to Defoe who shoots, pass it to Lennon and hope he skins the fullback or try and get Luka Modric to do something, an in depth analysis of Harry Redknapp's tactic there.

hey guys my first post on here, all together and am liking the story :)

keep it going Max ill be following.

Cheers for the comments lads. First game of the season result soonish.

Nice one Jack Fulham and Max that is one big deal, we have complete faith in you to use it right. And next time could you try and use your own tactics then we can see if it's all in the tactics as Kris says. :P

Well, I made my own tactics with Sunderland so.. :P

Should be perfect for the role, although i was interested in how Duff would do.

Kris' Harry Redknapp tactic. I WANT THAT

I might upload, I finished 2nd with Spurs first season. Would have won it if Chelsea lost once in a while :(. Only problem is the game has been deleted and i am not sure if i have proof....typical eh XD

More or less sums it up |)

Aha I assure you it is |)

Excited to see if my HR works

Hey, well here is the first update of the season ^^)

West Ham 0-1 Fulham (Young):
A great win for us on the first day of the season, with Ashley Young scoring on his debut :) Was kind of weird that West Ham were our first game of the season after me just doing a story with them, but I'm glad we won. Good win and a good performance with it.

Fulham 2-2 Trabzonspor (Europa League) (Gignac, Dempsey):

A poor result in the end against an inferior team. We were 2-0 up at half time and should of held on easily, but poor defending got them back into the game in a frustrating match to watch for me. Poor result and we need to win away to them now.

Portsmouth 1-2 Fulham (Murphy, Gignac):
We're going through all my teams I've made a story with aren't we? <) A good result in the end, once again 2-1 up at half time, and Portsmouth could of and should of equalised or possibly won in the second half, just like real life really :$ Good result and away form has been good so far, hopefully we'll have a home game soon.

Player of the month:
Andre Pieree Gignac, he's been class in all of our games so far this season, causing problems for defences at all times, and scoring in games vs Trabzonspor & Portsmouth, and also assisting vs West Ham. So far he's been worth the £8m, hopefully he can keep it up.

So, it's been a good start and we haven't lost once yet, but really annoyed with the Trabzonspor result, should of won it. Apart from that, two good wins away from home at tough opposition, who both gave 100% against us. Hopefully we can keep this up :)
