Hey, well sorry but I've tried to write up the update 4 times now and it hasn't worked so I'm just gonna show screenshots this time round because if I try and write it up, I'll probably commit suicide from boredom.

So, we're 4th in the league after 9 games, with us scoring 20 goals, and conceding 11 goals. I must say Kris, your tactic scores a **** load of goals, but does look a bit shaky defensively at times, but I'd put that down to the free roaming style to the tactic, so overall, I like it.

Player of the month:
Ashley Young, with 4 goals and 10 assists in 16 games in all competitions, he's been a great signing for us and has been key for us in our great start to the season. Hopefully he'll keep it up and hopefully no other clubs make a move for him in January.

4th with two games in hand, very impressive Max, I was on for 4th once using Complete dominance but my form dipped towards end of season :'( I beat Arsenal 6-2 at the Cottage in one game ;) Finished 7th in the end but still qualified for Europe.

Cheers Jack. & Yeah, I've seen some moments in the games where we look like we're going to lose, mostly at the start and near the end of the games, we seem to drop leads sometimes against poor team which is really annoying :( Nice result vs Arsenal :) Best I've had so far is beating Everton 5-2 away, even match though, strikers were clinical again. I'd be pretty happy with 7th or 6th really, as long as I get into Europe again really for more cash.

Europe is my favourite part of the game, I love doing well first season because you know you haven't really had enough time to build the squad of the infrastructure to do really well yet you are able to defy expectations.

Yep, doing well in the first season always makes the save a fun one.

Dude, second season you will get a MASSIVE budget.
I got £45M for Continental Qualification through league position!

Hey, here is the latest update lads after 14 games :)..

CSKA Sofia 2-2 Fulham (Europa League) (Johnson, Okaka):
It's always hard adapting to a different type of football in a different country for just 1 game, and we couldn't really get going, especially with Gignac on international duty with France and Ashley Young out injured, Duff & Okaka were given starts, and it paid off with Duff assisting Okaka for a last minute equaliser which made me extremely happy ^^) Good result in circumstances of the side probably being jetlagged aswell and tired.

Sunderland 1-1 Fulham (Dempsey):
Good result for us as our away record in all competitions has been well, inconsistent to say the least. We went 1-0 down on 40 minutes after Darren Bent smashed home 1 on 1 vs Schwarzer, which put us 1-0 down at half time. Although a good half time team talk got us back in the game and 7 minutes after the interval, Clint Dempsey volleyed in from the edge of the box to put a smile on my face and our fans faces too. Good result :)

Bolton 1-0 Fulham:
This was always going to be a battle between the beauty and the beast, with us playing great football all season, and Bolton playing their regular route one to Kevin Davies/Johan Elmander, but sadly lovely football didn't prevail here, a poor result and away form needs to be sorted out, because we're only in the European places on our home form which is the best in the league.

Fulham 1-0 Blackburn (Gignac):
I had a feeling we'd win this, and we came out on top pretty easily, although the result didn't say so. Gignac looked really tired on the ball and couldn't hold the ball up against Samba like he usually does, so I changed tactics and told the players to exploit the flanks more, and balls started flying in from the wings, and a ball from Dempsey which dipped to the back post was volleyed in by Andre Pierre Gignac to seal all 3 points for us. Good win :)

Fulham 2-0 Aston Villa (Etuhu, Murphy):
With Gignac in desperate need of a rest, Okaka was brought in, along with the experience Nevland who came in for Andy Johnson, and it seemed to work. Okaka held the ball up vs Dunne extremely well, and kept laying off to the centre midfielder's to shoot, which as you can see by the scorers, clearly worked ^^). Great result against a team quite close to us in the table.

Tottenham 2-1 Fulham (Gignac):
Sadly a bad ending to the month with us losing to Spurs who were 9th before this game, and a win would of put us 11 points ahead of them, but instead a win for them resulted in them being only 5 points behind us in 7th place, with us sitting in 5th but only out of 4th to Chelsea on goal difference. Unlucky here, but Tottenham deserved the win.

Player of the month:
Clint Dempsey, he's been a real leader in the team at times when Gignac and Young haven't played, and him and Murphy have both been fantastic leaders, but in the last 5 games, Dempsey has really shown some great ability and proves himself to be one of the best in the league at times. Hopefully he can keep it up for a long time.

So, in summary, we're 14 games in and sitting in 5th place. I honestly thought after our great start the wheels would fall off and we'd find our 10th/11th, but we've stayed consistant and we're only just outside the top four on goal difference. Roll on November and December so we can get to January and sell David Elm <)

King confident of Scouse upset:
Fulham boss Max King has spoken out saying he believes his side have the technical and mental ability to beat league leaders Liverpool in their upcoming home fixture against them. Liverpool have Torres, Mascherano, Kyrgiakos & Aurelio all injured, and Max King believes his side can take advantage of the injuries to Liverpool's team. King was quoted saying - "You've always got a chance against Liverpool with Macherano and Torres not playing. They are probably two of the best in the world in their respective positions, and Liverpool could suffer without them. Obviously we'll have to be on the top of our game to win, so it's going to be tough".

King labels Garay as his number one target:
Max King has labelled Ezquiel Garay as his number one target for Fulham in the January market, as Real Madrid recently transfer listed the 23 year old centre back, along with his team mate, Rafael Van Der Vaart, who Max King said is a possible target but funds are a problem. Garay could cost £4m, whilst Van Der Vaart would cost around £7m, but it's rumoured King will look for a loan deal for Van Der Vaart.

I got Van Der Vaart and he managed to get quite a few crucial goals for me playing CM
